  Thanks for demonstrating that you are too dense to understand plain English. It’s nothing like you are trying to represent it to be. The times during which the apostles lived were accompanied with the miraculous manifestations of the holy spirit. Those sort of things which God did during Christianity’s infancy had a purpose for that period alone, and so aren’t necessary any longer because they served/fulfilled their purpose long ago. Therefore, different conditions warrant different actions.

  As we know Peter baptized a man who was an active member of his country's military, whom he had just seen talking in tongues. (Acts 10) However, JWs refuse to baptize anyone who is a member of his country's military and anyone who talks in tongues and believes they do so by the power of God's Holy Spirit. By doing so they prove in these two ways (among many others) that they teach differently than the apostles. And the apostle Paul said quite plainly that those who teach differently than the apostles are accursed by God. (Gal. 1:8,9)

  You know, I don't know whether to feel sorry for you or to pity you. Shall I become your teacher? You left the Organization, a “house” of instruction, did you not? And now you wish to somehow soothe your conscience by hoping to confirm that it was a wise decision by way of inventing weak arguments, plus seeking information/explanations in order to see if some JW can top you? I COULD make things more plain for you, but I think I will stop feeding your ego at this point. You’re really a pity to behold!

  I will say that I'm quite disappointed that HenryP, the originator of this thread, hasn't seen fit to re-enter a discussion that he himself started. Maybe HenryP has just been easing nature all this time, taking an extra long pee?

  As far as "rubbing my nose" in that picture, you again misunderstand, the picture makes me PROUD.

  Of course it makes you "proud" (that's no surprise). That's because you've returned to the slop you were slurping up and wallowing in before you ever heard of the WTS, Borgfree. The saying of the true proverb has happened to YOU: "The sow that was bathed has returned to rolling in the mire." -- 2 Peter 2:22.

  You and other JWs enjoy the freedoms that those men fight and die for, then you ridicule them and the Pastor who blesses them! I know you are deceived and blinded, but it is time for you to wake up!

  Enough of such nonsense!
  First: No one has ridiculed "those men". Your attempt at trying to make it look as if that were the case is making you look the fool you apparently are. What that picture does do is expose the hypocrisy of those who purport to be "Christian", primarily the Priest who is represented as giving his blessing to those about to board their warplanes. Of course the Priest is merely an example of his flock, since they all agree with his principles. Hence, they are all "weeds".

  Second: Your attributing the enjoyment of certain freedoms to men having fought and died, makes you an IDOLOTER. You've as good as said that you didn't have the right to such freedoms except that MEN gave them to you. And now I suppose that you're gonna tell us all that the farmers are the providers of the food we all ingest daily. You're a mere weasel, and there's no wonder that you're a WTS reject! You obviously never learned anything from your studies of the Bible. Or did you ever even study the Bible?

  After all, Peter must have been messed up. Why? Because JWs refuse to baptize anyone in the military today until they first resign from the military.

  Things are not the same today as they were in Peter's day. Have you known anybody in today's military that has had holy spirit miraculously rained down upon them, who then spoke with "tongues", but then afterwards were refused baptism by JWs? No you don't. So stop trying to convince us that you have a brain! -- Acts 10:44-46.

  The WEEDS are SONS OF THE WICKED ONE. ... These are individual people who seem to be Christian, but are not.

  Christendom is comprised of "individual people who seem [claim] to be Christian, but are not." These, individually and as multi-denominational groups, condone warfare between nations, as shown in the picture I keep rubbing your nose in.

  The parable ... simple refers to wheat as "true followers of Christ" and the weeds are "false or fake Christians"

  Christendom IS nothing short of a "false" form of Christianity because, for one reason, both her clergy and laity condone, participate, and take sides in the wars between nations. Christendom therefore is a "fake". One cannot be a member of Christendom and be a "true follower of Christ". Therefore, all members of Christendom are "weeds", and will remain so up until the day such ones make a decision to "get out of her".

  The WTS is quite correct in their interpretation of the illustration of the wheat and weeds.

  After the apostles died Satan succeeded in planting "weeds" in the field where Jesus had planted "wheat." (Mt 13:24-30, 36-43) That which Satan planted turned out to be an imitation form of Christianity, known as CHRISTENDOM. That there is no mistake in having identified the "weeds" correctly is proven by this picture:

  Christendom is very useful to Satan in his controversy with Jehovah -- the reason for which he planted the weeds to begin with of course.

  in their individual journeys out of the borg to freedom. It was then that all the things they had previously put to the back of their minds came into focus. Then they looked 'with eyes of discernment' and saw much more that concerned them about the organisation and its teachings.

  Although you WILL disagree (there's no doubt about that), what you've really described here in the case of these particular ones of which you speak -- ones, including yourself, who have chosen to permanently leave the Organization -- is quite comparable to the "freedom" which Eve thought she had gained as a result of deciding for herself what was "good and bad". (Genesis 3:22) No one who decides to escape God's oversight, in the name of "freedom", does anything except enslave themselves. True "freedom" is to be found, not by running from God but by running TO God. Have those you mentioned TRULY run from God? Yes they, and you, certainly have! How so? You, and them -- as the result of your own personal experience due to having been discipled -- have absolutely no excuse for not knowing full well that the form of worship which the WTS promotes is that which is based solely upon pursuing and pleasing the Creator, with all genuineness and dedication. There is absolutely not another religion that bears such an earmark, for which reason it can be said that God is “using” the WTS. By removing yourselves out from under the care of the WTS you have therefore rejected the oversight of God himself. Yes, you read me right. The flaws you have found, which conveniently serve as an excuse for your exit, are only flaws that were even foretold per my signature. Yes, it was even predicted that the Congregation of Christ would need to make adjustments in major ways. Thus, according to Daniel 11:35, even though there would be misconceived ideas that would necessarily need to be dealt with and culled out, just the same such misconceptions did NOT disqualify such ones from being God’s people and vessel to be used by him. True, the WTS, presently, doesn’t see THIS meaning/interpretation in Daniel 11:35. But that’s completely understandable, since if such were the case then THEY THEMSELVES would know that they had doctrinal problems to address -- not the least of which is the 1914 doctrine and ALL that hinges upon it.

  Before this is all over you who have abandoned the WTS will experience the same feelings as what Judas did, after he had betrayed the Savior -- you will reap what you've sowed.

  As noted above, it's been reported that here in the USA over the past 5 years there has been an average of 41,807 JWs who have become inactive each year. During those 5 years though 26,507 such ones were reactivated, meaning that 15,300 on the average each year REMAIN inactive. It was noted that these 15,300 per year amounts to more than were baptized in the last 2 years combined. In other words, it's presently taking 2 years worth of new baptisms to make up for a single years worth of loss. Obviously then -- with people ceasing at a higher rate than they're coming in -- the WTS is losing ground here in the United States. What I tend to wonder about though is just how many of the ones who remain inactive do so ONLY as a result of having been stumbled over errors (misconceptions) within the Society's doctrinal structure. -- Daniel 11:35.

  Yes, because it has reference to EVERY doctrinal error.

  The WTBTS will retract several doctrins such as refusing blood transfusions that have caused many to leave or be df'd?

  According to the prophecy upon which this thread is based, yes that's true. Would it make a believer out of you if you were to actually witness such a thing take place? Will you at that time recognize it as a fulfillment of prophecy, or simply a change made out of force of circumstances?

  Thus peoving to be the one true religon?

  Would you expect any less out of the TRUE religion?
