  monday morning the 17th at 6 am i go in for ye ol' hernia operation.

  i asked to be put "out" as i had the option for staying partially awake.

  there are interesting parallels between this case and those involving the borg.

  it is a closed community wherein members are completely reliant on the community and risk shunning if too outspoken.

  women are also second class citizens within this community much like they are in the jw realm.. .

  i've lost old hotmail accounts and the old account info that went with them.

  but it is me, es, essie, esmerel/alda, in addition to anything else obscene i may be known by in these parts.. i just pounded this out in pure frustration.

  i'm probably going to get heckled for posting it but what the hell, there isn't anywhere else i can go where people will get this, and i can't keep it inside, it has got to go somewhere before my brain explodes.. so here it is.why did i go to that restaurant today?

  (((((Essie))))) I like that 'first language response myself - and often find myself doing something similar when speaking w/ JW relatives:) Will NEVER go back myself...but it keeps the peace, and allows contact with them. I love them without conditions, even if it can't be returned. Have my own 'brand' of insomnia due to stroke related problems - but, hey we are still breathing, yes! You haven't lost your brilliant ability to express yourself with words...such a rare gift. Hope you post often...You have been missed.

  i'm very concerned about our own minimus.

  his last thread is four pages back as i write.

  normally his first one or two hundred threads are on the default page or on pages two or three at the very least.. does he need help here?

  LOL, with Farkel on the 'cheap bastards.' When our kids married all the JW relatives refused to come to their weddings, tho all were held in outdoor settings with secular 'officials' performing the ceremonies. A point that we clearly made them aware of, But it was noted they also didn't even send any gifts...cheap, cheap, cheap is right on. They didn't have a problem accepting our generous gifts for their own weddings...hypocrites that they are.
