  this was a bi-fold leaflet given out at the uk district conventions (and only available at the dc).

  Any Scary Flying Stories Out There?

  her ladyship and i are musing on the idea of having a weeks break in late october, so we now have to decide where we will spend it.. it will probably be madeira again.

  it's clean, warm, the people are pro-british and the island is stunningly beautiful.

  we love the levada walks, the food is delish and cheap, a 3 course meal for 2 with wine is less than 20 pounds.

  I was on a flight from LaGuardia to Indy, IN on a 22 seater jet when we flew near some tornado activity. The plane flipped over and we all thought we were 45 seconds from death. That was last August. I fly constantly for my job and I'm just at the point where I don't have to hit the airport bar on my way out.

  yesterday, a friend told me that she has been secretly dating a non- witness.

  she plans on marrying him and will tell about her relationship only after she is married.

  she is worried that she will be marked.

  i started to call this thread "porno" or something like that -- to get attention -- but since i don't know exactly what porno is, i thought i'd get down to the nitty gritty with the title.. here's the deal: i like looking at pics and/or live video or, if i'm lucky (or out of town) real live females who have no clothes on.

  it's not something i do all the time, but when the mood strikes.... okay.

  bbc central news have reported that james barrat , an elder in rugby congregation has received a two year sentence for abusing two teenage boys over a ten year period.. the abuse took place at bible studies .. the judge called him an "arch hypocrite".

  the police said he is "extremely dangerous" and one of the victims , now in early 20's,gave an interview and said "do not bother with the elders, go straight to the police

  today, i read dungbeetle's thoughtful post on culpability.

  this led me to write about the elder situation from somewhat of a different perspective.

  In theory that is probably true, however, how does this lead to such an abuse of power among many elders? It seems that in almost every congregation there is 1 or 2 elders lording over everyone on an immense power trip.

  Paradise Earth;An interesting Question for JWs

  if there is no aging in paradise earth,expail something to me.. one of the reasons we age and die is because the mitochondrial cells convert items(food???

  ) into energy,this produces free radicals/toxins which damage the cells,the cells have to produce these toxins to do their work.. in a paradise earth,how will the body produce the energy without damaging the body's cells.. i am interested in any answers.. .
