  Ok Got it and it works - great

  To download don't click to open the file. as zev said RIGHT CLICK and then SAVE AS or SAVE TARGET AS

  You will have to change the name of the file because it comes up as a html file

  exactly!!! thank you! this all has to do with the verizon web site and its extension support. nothing i have control over unfortunately.
