Mick, it’s true we were telling people to wait on Jehovah. To me that tells me many Witnesses didn’t 100% accept things but went along in the meantime. ( prospective apostates)...

There was a nearby congregation that went crazy. If you HINTED at any negative comment or attitude toward the elders , you were disfellowshipped for either apostasy or causing divisions.

After 1980 , many Witnesses were more secretive and discreet about questioning Watchtower rules and understanding.
Did you know of people who were not 100% on board with the Organization? Did you know anyone who was shunned because of their ideas and thoughts??

I think a lot of Republicans are angling for the President’s job in a few years. It doesn’t surprise me that some people would always be anti Trump. You never know what can happen 4 years from now. Personally, I’d think the BS he had to endure would make him think twice for going back to the job. Plus they will be going after him and his family and business so he will be keeping busy.
