  Any advice on DA process?

  hello all,.

  i'm a newbie that's been lurking here for a couple of weeks, trying to get up the nerve to post.i've made the decision to da myself after months of thought and research.i'm not familiar with the procedure,though.is there anything that any of you feel is particularly important for me to know?do i have to go before a jc to da?if i refuse to,will they just df me?i prefer to make it clear that i am the one who is voluntarily leaving, but having been a victim of the kangaroo court proceedings on other occasions, i just can't bring myself to put myself in the elder's "loving" hands again (a story for another day).i'm fortunate that none of my family members are baptised or even active witnesses at this point.. any input would be much appreciated.. cicatrix

  I Screwed Up Today!!

  my wife and i, along with her sister and friend went on a picnic today to the mountains of va. about an hour and half drive.

  on the way someone asked what day of the month is it?

  i looked at my watch and said the 10th.

  I have one word...jewelry...wait a week or two...take her out to a nice dinner and present it to her...if she says what is the special occasion(Do not say you are makeing up for the anniversy)
  Tell her everyday is special with her.

  on the dateline program they showed official watchtower documents that showed the dude in nevada had been accused by 17 girls in congregations around the country of being molested by him.

  Hey seawolf...you did good!!You planted the seed...Now you dont have to mention the org....however when something on the news is about molest...you can say "It'nt that so sick,how could someone do that to a child and if I knew it was going on ..you betcha i would tell the police!!
  Otherwise I could'nt sleep at night and I know GOD would want me to do anything in my power to protect children."

  If this doesn't sound right ...umm it is 6:00 in the morning here.
