Let me say this...I have been very fat before...I know all the excuses.
It is impossible to fast for a year. You would die way before that.Everything in moderation..eating and dieting.Find a middle ground.
When I gain weight it's because I am not happy with myself....so I don't understand how fat people can say they are happy.
Get real like Dr. Phil would say.

n 1: habitual eating to excess 2: eating to excess ( personified as one of the deadly sins )
Most of them are (men also) It plainly states in the bible that gluttony is a "deadly sin". I have never heard of anyone being df'd for this. ( Maybe because it would wipe out about 75% of all congergations, therefore drastically reducing magazine sales.) I have however, heard of many many people being df'd for smoking..never saw that in the bible as being a sin.
i can say in all honesty that i am not a prejudiced person.
i deal with people of all colors, races, sexes, religous creeds and sexual preferences in the same manner at my job.
what bugs the crap out of me is whenever i see white people have a difference with a person who is black, the black person automatically thinks that its a racism issue.. today, i asked a gentleman for his insurance information for the finance company.
This is a major pet peeve with me also. When a cop pulls them over (just watch Cops) and they struggle when they are trying to cuff them ..they cry racism!! Sorry dude but if;you resist arrest your deserve to get the Sh#t kicked out of you.Another problem i have is these black sit-coms that get away with saying "Whitey". Sick of these double standard
