  john mcdonald 1990-2095. the last known jehovah's witness died today, of natural causes at his home in brooklyn ny.

  he survived by three children, six grandchildren and two great grand-children.

  about your point #1 above: The WT not only doesn't mention the UN at that 2003 article you mention, but doesn't mention it at all either in its recent worldwide distribution tract precisely on the topic of 'end of religion'.
  
  And that's why my theory is that the UN doctrine will fade completely overtime and JWs will loose memory of it, the old ones getting very upset and the new ones surprised that the doctrine even existed.

  Another thing: You can get "Any Sound Recorder" or similar software and then record anything streaming at any bitrate. So if you use the Hype Machine, Pandora, or whatever, and record the streaming audio.

  That's a wonderful suggestion. I have the Rhapsody service and pay only $9.99 a month. I will NEVER buy any of their songs, as I feel I'm paying enough. The software I use is one called "tunebite".

  Leolaia never ceases to amaze me. She has just shown she understands as much of bitrate, DRM curcumvention techniques, and sound compression, as much as she does the pre-Eusthachian (or would that be pre-Enoquian? maybe pre-Cambrian?) history...

  2. not understand how serious #1 is
  3. expect a man to continue dating/be married with her after her disregarding his repeated requests
  4. spending lots of time and money on her looks and expect he won't make requests

  "Ok, let me get this straight. Elders/ms are appointed by holy spirit only if they met the qualifications set out in the Bible. But, holy spirit doesn’t block the appointment of someone who doesn’t? So, how exactly is holy spirit involved at all? And, notice how it’s not just the scriptures that are used. The theocratic history is the element that gets 90% of the attention in my experience."
  
  
  And besides, if meeting Bible qualifications was really what mattered, then anyone out there, JW or not, who meets those qualifications would have to be appointed by the HS, right? :)

  my dearest daughter-in-law, whyamihere (brookie), just had four of her wisdom teeth yanked out this morning.

  she is heavily sedated (as usual) and is thrilled to have legal narcotics available to her every 4-6 hours.

  she even looks cute with wads of cotton stuck in her cheeks.. please send her some love!.

  i've just found out something that's going to be a massive thing in my congregation when it gets out.

  it all starts with a former jw, who faded away probably about a decade ago, and then moved away, came out as a homosexual a few years ago.

  he was never baptised, and he left so long ago, he never got chased up or disfellowshipped.

  The thing with double life is that it doesn't mean much in that the person can be df'ed, stop the double life, return, get df'ed again, stop the double life, and then return.
  
  The exact sequence above happened recently with a female friend of mine. She's a single mother now.
  
  She doesn't agree with everything in the Org, but she's so brainwashed that she concluded she had to return.
