  hello to all im new to the site i have been looking for about two weeks now .i was at brooklyn bethel from 1994 -1999 and i worked in the barber shop office blgd.

  (25 columbia heights ) .i just wanted to say hi and that many of your post have really been helpful to me as i have gone though some tough times on all levels .

  Big announcement after all DC have ended?

  i was told by a reliable source that the organization will be making a "big announcement" at the end of the summer when all the dcs have ended.

  has anyone else heard this?

  maybe this is the "new light" they have alluded to in recent wt study articles?

  Oh man!!! Please tell me you're not kidding.... my mother will be absolutely thrilled; will jump up and down, and rejoice for ever and ever with the prospect of participating in such a wonderful/never to be repeated campaign.

  thank you for your points. I'm not sure what to make of the situation of the old/duped/brainwashed/now empoverished brother, but I think it would go a long way IF he could help somehow someone not make the same mistake he did. Maybe writing a book??????

  it is interesting to note that clive thomas (canadian branch office) spoke during his part in such a way as to betray the fact that he was personally aware that what he was saying was false.. it's one thing when a local onion gets exuberant about parroting the gb's nonsense.

  it's quite another when a bloodsucker like clive comes from the branch and does a "bait 'n switch" the way he did.

  I believe there is good and bad in the organization, just as both were among Jehovah’s people of old, and in Jesus’ illustration of the harvest. I left the organization before because of the “bad”; I am returning now for the sake of the “good.” I do not expect that either will be missing, but I want to see them both again that “at the mouth of two or three witnesses every matter may be established” (Matthew 18:16 ).
  
  
  This reasoning is not only convoluted, but also reveals how good Mr.Stafford has become in applying obscure and totally unrelated Bible texts to prove whatever one wants.

  ok, as some of you know, i was suppose to have a "study" with my mom and an elders wife yesterday.

  well, the elders wife couldn't make it because "something came up".

  i guess it was more important than my salvation.. anyway, i still went to my parents house.

  The problem with the Mexico/Malawi being the next point of discussion is that you probably have to use material besides the Bible and the WT pubs... and that may pose a problem since they won't read it.

  i have a court appearance on may 17th to argue what the wording should be for the order for the judgement allowing my case to go to trial.

  on may 26th, there will be a case management meeting.

  at that time, i believe a trial date will be chosen.

  Kingdom Hall for Sale............Again

  well, the old kingdom hall has a "new" for sale sign on the property.. it's not as big as the one that was there last year.

  that one was taken down quite a while ago, and not replaced right away, so i assume that it was taken off the market for a few months.. it's the one that is in northern rhode island, and is still prime business property, so if and when it sells, the profit will be extremely high.

  more money power for the watchtower.. hubert.

  You're asking good questions, Steve.
  It's not clear if they removed the Hall from the market, or simply removed the For Sale sign from the lawn.
  If they simply removed the sign back then, then I'd say it has something to do with our exposing here.
  
  If I find the thread where this was discussed, I'll post it here.
