  oh wow!....

  i have seen some really pathetic instagram posts today..... so many have posted pictures of "all of us out in service in the greatest month of witnessing ever camapign"..... there are slide shows, with snapshots of old and very young in service handing out leaflets etc... it is really quite sad to see the hype building up!.

  anyone else seen such things?.

  Obviously Abraham comes first. It starts with an "A".

  the watchtower study to be considered this sunday, august 3, 2014 (using the magazine dated may 15, 2014), titled are you moving ahead with jehovahs organization?, in paragraph seven (on pages 27-28), talks about the number of people baptized in recent years:.

  7 where do those making up the great crowd come from?

  they are being brought together because of what jesus foretold as part of the sign of his presence.

  the attendance was 34k.

  that's resents less than 1% its about .6%.

  Phizzy: They will not have to wait for a never to be realised paradise earth to appear, people can get better lives NOW !

  Bad news for WT...it will not be able to take advantage of the disenfranchised and hopeless to gain new members.

  "Better lives now"-- it's terrible what Satan does to people. LOL. Prosperity is a sure sign that one is not doing things Jehovah's™ way. Abundance and happiness are only an illusion of Satan.

  I raised my hand and said that in my answer people would look at me like I had two heads. Even though I would be speaking the truth.

  The standard response of any JW who's exposed to truth and a different way of looking at things.

  Similar expressions can be seen as: a deer in the headlights, and a monkey doing a math problem.

  today i was at the meeting (i go there about once a month now).

  in the service meeting they had a part where they interviewed the secretary of the congregation.. so one question was: "why are the service reports so important?".

  our secretary explained that the reports are important, because the elders can see, who is spiritually weak.

  he said from the platform to look around the KH because only 1/3 of those in attendance were going to survive Armageddon

  Our C.O. said 80% of JWs will not survive.

  This means the "great increase" the WT brags about- 8 million JWs doing 1.8 billion hours worth of FS every year- are wasting 80% of their time and effort. 6.4 million JWs are toast.

  This also means that Jehovah™, even if he existed, is a dismal failure. 99.9% of "worldly" people will be killed at Armageddon, and 80% of his own people right along with them.

  So, if Jehovah can't accomplish anything close to what He's promised to do in this time, why does any JW put faith in what He promises for the future?

  One of the last meetings I went to was during the CO's visit. His statement from the platform: "Most Jehovah's Witnesses will not survive Armageddon. Even if they sincerely believe they are doing all they can to serve Jehovah, they are only fooling themselves. Most will not qualify."

  You see, WT has condemned every non-JW to death at Armageddon. They have no one else to condemn except their own brothers, and one of WTs primary missions is to make itself out to be superior to everyone else- even it's own adherents.

  I'd like to ask that elder: 'so, how many hours did Jesus, the apostles and the early Christians report each month?

  As Ray Franz pointed out in CoC, the primary purpose of a service report is a judging tool, and it appears the elders are taking full advantage of it.

  "all the 5-year olds getting baptized".... "They (small children) can't make a decision like that!"

  Ironically, when a person becomes an adult and wants to leave the WT, or at least questions some of its teachings, suddenly that person is incapable of doing their own thinking or of making such an important decision all on their own.

  An adult who makes an informed, rational decision based on knowledge and experience will be punished for doing so. A 5 year-old making a lifelong commitment in ignorance is considered by WT to be wise.
