I guess after so long of just taking the abuse of WT, the RCC may be turning.

Potentially, the RCC is going to re-invent itself as much as possible with this new Pope, and try to appease the nations, and regain and stamp it's position of power and authority on all the other 'littler' cults/religions.

Proof of Noah's Flood - Presently watching a Documentary about Europe & the Ice Age

first time i ever heard anyone say there was 'proof' of noah's flood.. very interesting,.

showed a trawler, where the team dredges regularly in the north sea - for animal bones, massive land animal bones, mammoths.. he said, originally, the bones were sent for analysis, and the dr stated, they were proof of noah's flood.. the north sea area was a land mass of dry grazing lands.

and it was very similar to africa.. many bones were found in london, of lions, hippos, etc ... when they were digging out the underground.. .

8-17 he caustions against the errors of heathen philosophy; also against jewish traditions, and rights which had been fullfilled in Christ.

18-23 agaisnt worshipping angels; and against legal ordinances.

See the danger of enticing words,; how many are ruined by the false disguises and fair appearences of evil principle and wicked practices.

It is an insult to Christ, to use any intercessors but him.

I think it wouls be a good help for 'lurkers' guys if we could all keep adding a list of scripture, like these ones,

(or anyone else that needs reminding of the 'scriptures')

Use the scriptures to show, prove, WT and jw's are not doing what they should be doing, that it is wrong what they are being told to do.

Remeber the white washed graves ?

Put on the full suit of armour etc.

A MAN AND A WOMAN BECOME ONE, and a man must leave his father and mother etc... and put wife and family FIRST.

when i got home from work this afternoon my wife was standing near the door looking at me and said you need to sit down i have some hard news to tell you.

so i sat down and she began saying my brother called and i imminently ask if my mom had died.

she said no but my mother told my brother a deep family secrect that no one knows about.

My father was a pig (non Jw) don't have 1 nice memory. He too, was a bully, and he had many affairs.

I would err on the side of caution and take it slow. he may have a family, and they may not want skeletons falling out of the closet,

dirty secrets and all that.

I have a nephew out there somewhere, who was never acknowledged as a baby, undesirable mother. Could never fathom how my mum could/would not acknowledge or love that little baby, his mum had issues, he had a rough life I heard.

What happens in jw that is shocking etc,,, is 'normal' in the world and goes on all the time.

hope it goes well, it is a tough one to call, at the end of the day, when your ready, all you can do is give it a go, nothing to lose.
