Where is this Rose Hill Cemetary? I know of an old cemetary with that same name in Black Diamond Mines near Pittsburg and Antioch, CA, it's likely not the same one, but I was just wondering.

I know a guy my age who was caught earlier this year for molesting boys in his neighborhood aged 6 through 9. That really upset me...and it made me realize just how widespread this issue is, though i never heard of any molestation within my congregation

What Era Would You Like To Have Lived In?
by DakotaRed inbesides the one we are currently in, i mean.. for me, i feel a strong draw back to the late 1930s and early 1940s.
as i get older, i find myself enjoying the big band sound even more than i ever did, as well as the movies and radio programs of the era.
for some reason, the appeal to that era stops about mid ww2.

Outoftheorg, Grants Pass? My grandparents live up there, I would visit them every year with my family, it's so beautiful.. I love going rafting and kayaking on the Rogue River. The beauty of that area inspired my love for nature and the environment early on.

Lyingeyes, Native American Indian

I have some Native American heritage as well, some Yaqui (who lived in northern Mexico) heritage, and a little Iroquios. I'll definitely have to check out that grant that allows you to trace your heritage Mulan, thanks for mentioning that.

I would have loved to have lived as a Native American before North America was even at all slightly tainted with outside influence. When I was younger I would always imagine that I was a Native American living somewhere on the plains or in the forest, heh I even had an imaginary friend named Hiawatha at one point. Their culture and 'oneness' with nature intriuges me. Last summer I was lucky enough to spend 5 weeks 30 miles into the backcountry of Clearwater National Forest without the everyday amenties that we take for granted, though it was tough, I came to love it. I also came to know and love Mother Nature in ways that I only previously claimed to have known and loved.
