  My family gave a great witness at my little sister's wedding...NOT!

  i have been on this site many times and i didn't decide to post anything until this past weekend.

  (july 18,19,&20) i wanted to share with all of you what happened this weekend.. i was my little sister's wedding.

  the one who ran away from home at age 16 and the judge gave me custody.

  My brother got married last year and my mom gave a wonderful witness by refusing to sit at the same table with my sister at the rehearsal. The brides family and friends were speechless. When the dinner was over they were asking all kinds of questions about her religion. I was more than happy to tell them about it.

  You did good by holding your head high and not going along with their shunning!!

  i have a distant cousin, 15 and in a wheel chair.

  she's always saying how she can't wait until the new system comes when finally she'll be set free from her handicap and can run around with joyful glee.

  it breaks my heart knowing this is never gonna happen and makes me even more angrier.

  Pulled out of Sex Ed classes

  for those of you who had a jw childhood, were you pulled out of sex education classes?

  did it bother your conscience if school surprised you with one?

  after being deprived from sex knowledge and since the society doesn't make diagrams, how did you learn about it?

  i'm off tomorrow for my first physical in 10 years (or is it 12?).

  and i'm seriously nervous.

  i don't care much for doctors, i've had some bad experiences in the past that's kind of put me off.

  I have had to diagnose myself and basically do all the drug research and ask the doctor to just give it to me.

  i am a christian man interested in a jw woman, but i, myself, am not jw.

  i have read on some sites that the jw faith does not allow christians to date outside their faith.

  well, christianity is christianity.

  Would you ever come back for someone you loved?

  if there was someone you were crazy about who went back to associating with jw's again and they asked you to come back too, only because to live dividedly for the rest your life would be just too hard and awkward.

  keep in mind your role would be very limited, few meetings a month, couple hrs service a month etc.. i know "if" this was before me i would feel that i would never ever want to come back.

  i don't believe it is the truth, can't stand the control among other reasons.

  anytime something went wrong in the world with an individual, they would use them as example over and over and over again.. the most common one i heard was brother a got into big trouble with __________ (insert problem here, pick any one), see this is what happens when you leave the organization.. so how many jw's will be saying ............. "did you hear what happened to kobe, big successful athlete, see he didn't have god's organization and satan got him.".

  i wonder how many jw parents especially in the la area will make their kids stop wearing number 8. he did and admit to committing adultrey.

  sexual assault, i don't think so.

  I hate when the female is blamed because she went to a mans room, the way she was dressed.

  I was not blaming her for anything. I think she went to his room to have sex. As I said before maybe she changed her mind and he refused to stop. Again I am not saying she asked for it.

  I just read she is married as well with a child.

  I heard on the news that she had a boyfriend and he left her for another girl before all this happened. Nothing about a husband and child. She is 19 years old.

  I also heard on the news today she was a masseuse which would explain why she may be in a married mans room.

  I heard that she was a conseriage (sp?) who at the time of the alleged rape was not on duty.

  i have mine across the street and boy are they a hoot.

  they crank about everything.

  I use to have a jw neighbor who would report my activities back to my mom. I moved.

  I love my current neighbors. They are the coolest and we try and get together every couple of months for a cook out.
