  However, I would prefer if you would refrain from outwardly mocking God and the Bible. There is no reason for it. If you don't like Bible doctrine, then you don't have to comment on it.
  As the title suggests, this thread is about a specific Bible doctrine, (the doctrines of grace, or Calvinism) and there is no reason for atheists and Bible haters to comment.

  Perhaps you can lobby Simon to re-ban me? However, I will not quit pointing out that your Bible is a sick book and that you are sick for the beliefs you hold. You and Calvin believe that us putrid unbelievers are vile scum and feel free to let us know that we are SINNERS. So you can judge me but you want me to shut up esp. when I see you talking crap?

  why does god allow this stuff?

  according to your teachings, believers, just so he can stroke himself and show how man has failed.

  in fact believers will read this stuff and shrug it off because in the future god will fix it it and it just proves why we need god..

  There is currently a thread on "who are the smartest people"....well anyone who supports this "ransom" stuff should not be on there.

  My question is this, if you were in the same exact position and faced the same dilemma as he did, which choice would you make?

  God killed his own son! Why so he wouldnt have to kill us.

  Why did he kill his own son? Because he made a stupid rule (in all of his omnipotent/impotent wisdom) and it backfired on his ASS.

  there are so many other threads on this subject but no one place which one can go to on here.

  i have much to share - enjoy and contribute with me please.give me the storm and stress of thought and action rather than the dead calm of ignorance and faith.
