My sister was invited to a Judicial Committee
by opusdei1972 intoday i called to my sister and she told me that two elders went to her house to announce her that a judicial committe is waiting her in the kingdom hall this friday.
she told them that she will confirm if she will go.
however, i have told her that she shouldn't go, instead she should ask them to write a formal letter, with signatures, asking her for which charges she should be submitted in a private room with two men (or three?

This conclusion is not entirely true. They do have the power to DF a person and end all relationships with other JWs.

People need to learn to use primary and secondary sources that are reliable.
WP is a tertiary source compiled by anonymous editors with many unqualified sources.
WP can be helpful sometimes. Look at the Sources and References at the bottom of a Wiki article. Those are occasionally useful.

now a days after reading steve hassan books...i just try and avoid anything jdub with her.

Higher education, with its emphasis on academic study, often produces graduates who have few or no practical skills, leaving them unprepared to deal with the realities of life. By contrast, Jehovah’s servants choose education that helps them to develop the necessary skills so that they can maintain a simple life of service to God. 14 Consider the case of the apostle Paul. He was educated at the feet of the Jewish Law teacher Gamaliel. The education Paul received can be compared with that of a university education to- day. But how did Paul view this when compared with his privilege of slaving for God and Christ?
