  The Governing Body is showing their spiritual depth by relaying everything through animations. JW's are slowly being conditioned to be taught only by cute little indoctrinating short cartoons, rather than the depth of the Bible.

  Their belief system is delusional. It is based on fantasy.

  Fortunately you have figured that out. Yet it is a disturbing realization, especially at first.
  

  is ok for me to understand things different than the organization and to reach different conclusions when I analyse some biblical verses.

  Yes, it is absolutely ok for you to use your mind!

  This isn't what the WT leadership wants, but it is the healthiest thing for you as an individual.

  please think of more.. things i trust more than the jehovah's witnesses governing body+ the media+ mexican tap water+ cappuccino from bill cosby+ a bigfoot sighting+ a politician who says "trust me"+ an al qaeda who wants flying lessons, but skips landing and take-offs+ a hillary clinton war story+ bill clinton wanting to give a speech at an all-female school+ gas station sushi+ a brian williams or bill o'rielly news report+ email from a nigerian prince.

  those who leave the congregations and organisations ALWAYS end up bringing unhappiness to their lives

  In a way that's true. I'm unhappy that the part of my family that remains JWs won't talk to me because I no longer attend meetings. (FYI: I am technically a JW in good standing).

  Whenever I meet up with a JW that still attends and they ask me how I am I always say, "My life is fantastic! The ONLY part of it that isn't good is the lack of relationship with my children." [The ones that are still Kool-Aid Drinking JWs].

  It's always very telling to see the look on their faces as my statement doesn't compute because of their beliefs.

  Sometimes I ask if they'd like to help with a reconciliation. They always say, "No." Always.

  • Breast Cancer Research
  • Autism & Asperger's Educational School
    
  • Feed the Needy

  Heck, I even give a few bucks to the homeless people I see around town.

  Oh, you meant "when was the last time I donated to the WTBTS"!

  I quit when I began suspecting it was a cult, which was around 2002 or 2003.

  the "boasting session" last night included forcing the congregation to watch that stupid witnessing cart video.

  then the brother handling the part discusses what a "powerful witness" is being given each time those carts roll out into public view.. experiences: had a nice conversation with a young man.
