I got up yesterday morning (Saturday) and enjoyed the watchtower work
by Zoos inreaching the fire watchtower on top of wayah bald overlooking the smokey mountains can be a difficult hike from nantahala lake up the bartram and appalachian trails where they straddle each other passing through this area.
the most enjoyable watchtower work i've ever participated in.. the views from the tower are spectacular.. .
looking across nantahala forest to the smoky mountains, described poetically as the most elevated peak; from whence i beheld with rapture and astonishment, a sublimely awful scene of power and magnificence, a world of mountains piled upon mountains.

TTATT is a process, and it’s going to take time. There are no Short-Cuts.
by John Aquila ini talked to a close friend that served with me as an elder for a few years.
he allowed me about an hour to explain why 607 is not the correct date for the destruction of ancient jerusalem.
i showed him all the scriptures needed and i showed him the wt magazines that proved it.

It’s just that I’ve been real busy with all the meetings, field service, I’ve got a couple of Bible studies, work, blah, blah, blah.
This is one reason cults keep their members busy with busywork. They don't want them to have time to discover that they are in a cult.

Shirley W: Did any of the sisters ever report him?
One bragged to me about being able to, like it was a privilege or something. (BTW, she was in her early 20s at the time).

It'll only be perfect if it can generate an income stream which it will of course unquestioningly turn over to the GB. -

Harold Weidner: Liked to have young sisters give him a foot massage. Creepy with a bad comb-over. Think of Donald Trump's ugly older brother: just as opinionated only without all of the money.
Bob Saia: His first wife cheated on him and it broke his heart so he joined a cult and never looked back. He was the guy that persuaded me to join this cult, not too surprisingly after my girlfriend cheated on me and broke my heart.
Andy Laguna: Nice enough fellow, basically harmless. His biggest deficits were that he had never had a job, never been married--probably never even had a girlfriend--and naturally never had kids. So of course he thought he was qualified to tell us regular folks how we should live our lives!
Nick Kovalak: Never had children, yet he felt qualified to give advice on parenting and child-rearing. Took "living in the past" to new lows. "Did you bring your toothbrush in service this Sunday?" Had absolutely zero ability to relate to people that had to work for a living. Obvious contempt for people that spawned human children.
Harley Brenneman: Nice enough guy. Might even have known TTATT. Hard to read.
Allen Wollen: One of the few CO's I knew that had actually ever had a real job, ... and children! Almost human as a result. Still, a company man to the bitter end.
Martin Harfmann: Loved to tell stories about the "good ol' days" before he was a JW. I wonder why? Favorite expression during Saturday morning service, "Doesn't a cup of coffee sound good about now?" "Now where was I? Oh yeah, that reminds me of the time ..." Fancied himself the "James Bond" of COs. A legend in his own mind. After I was DF'd, he actually pressured my ex-wife into making the same meal I had made for his previous visit. What an insensitive asshole. If you see him, please tell him I said so.
In retrospect I wonder why I ever listened to any of these jokers.Oh, I know: It's a cult!

Jehovah's Witnesses - People of Integrity
by Saved_JW inwhen i think of integrity, a lot of positive connotations come to mind.
i think of individuals grounded in principles, who do not operate on opinions that change based on the breeze of political or social change.
a life that is directed by a code of morality, not on capricious emotions.

SJW: They use words like Loyalty to Jehovah, and People of integrity. But when you boil it all down, they are loyal to the Organization which changes all the time.
You're preaching to the choir. We already know.

Are Jehovah's Witnesses people of Integrity? The short answer to this is YES. Jehovah's Witnesses are some of the most loyal people around.
No. Loyalty and integrity are not synonymous.
You began with this:
I think of individuals grounded in principles, who do not operate on opinions that change based on the breeze of political or social change. A life that is directed by a code of morality, not on capricious emotions.
By those standards alone JWs fail the test of integrity BECAUSE they are blindly obedient (what you call "loyalty") to the GB.

Islam is the Epitome of Misogyny
by cofty inin this video the popular saudi cleric sheik yahya al-jana discusses the joys of paradise, saying that men will have the strength of a hundred men in paradise and will be busy tearing hymens, while the virgins of paradise, whose breasts are like pomegranates, become virgins every time again.. the cleric also explains it is mostly men who enter paradise noting that women in general are bad because they refuse to wear the veil, they wear tight clothes in shopping malls, put on perfume and jewelry, and use filthy social media platforms.
source.... this is what young men from conservative muslim families are raised on.
is it any wonder islamic countries treat women appallingly?.

Heaven: But this is contradictory to what the prophet Mohammed/Muhammad (however you spell it) said about most of the dwellers in Hell being women. Is there somewhere different that the men are going besides Paradise or Hell?
I guess they're coming your way!
Seriously, these nutty religious ideas clearly make no sense and defy even basic logic. I suppose either Mohammed was either bad at math and logical thinking or he knew that most humans are or both.
