  portions are way too big.

  would you agree with me that portions that we eat are too big?

  today on the news, they said that 1 canadian out of 3 is overweight.

  I remember when a coke bottle was 6 oz. Today, the smallest bottle it is 2 or 3 times bigger. When I was young, a big mac was huge, today its only a couple of bites. We do get used to the amount that we eat, But our body doesnt.

  We do eat a lot more than our parents did when they were our age. And we know who is in back of this. Companies just want to make more and more money with us, so they make huge portions.

  Are portions too big today?

  CANADA HAS NOW SIDED WITH FRANCE & GERMANY - CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEIR PROBLEM IS WITH THE UNITED STATES?

  I think that they rather follow the UN than the US. I didn't listen to recent Canadian news, but this doesn't surprise me at all. Canada is a peace keeping country. BTW thats all it can do.

  911 happened in the US, and that's the difference.

  Canada helped in the gulf war in 1990-91, because the UN said so, not the US.

  I would like a peaceful solution. But sometimes, war is the only way to get rid of a dictator. Does Saddam want a peaceful solution?

  Chirac of France said on TV that war never solves anything. That's why France doesn't want to get involved.

  But I think that there are other reasons why France doesn't want to get involved, and they are not saying it.

  If indeed Saddam has WMD, and if he is hiding it under hospitals or schools in cities, then that proves that he doesn't give a damn about his people. Saddam doesn't mind if a school or a hospital blows up, that's why he might be puting them there.

  Too bad that a whole population will have to see the horror of war, just because of their stupid leader.

  That's why he is equal to Hitler, and must be taken out.
