why is watching soap operas not allowed in dub land ?
by looloo ini was told it was like mixing with bad association , i found that quite laughable considering all the scandal that went on in the congregation , it made eastenders look very tame , im suprised they could not see it for themselves ,how hypocritical it all was

Will there be 4 meeting days this week? Or,will one be cancelled?
by RULES & REGULATIONS inthe memorial is this saturday evening march 22,2008. will they cancel any of the meetings or will they still have the book study,ministry school,and sunday meeting?
isn't that alot of meetings in one week?
now i know why i rarely attend!

I hope I didn't wake you up this morning.
My friend and I just happened to be walking in your neighbourhood and wanted to share a nice thought with you, taken from the bible.
21 Jesus said to him: “If you want to be perfect, go sell your belongings and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven, and come be my follower.” .
So, as you can see, Jesus is asking you to sell your house, and with that money, you could do like us and go door to door, and go to many weekly meetings. You don't need all that money anyways, since a Christian must live a simple life void of any materialism.
You could make a check to the Watchtower Society or leave your money only once you pass away.
If you have children, they will understand that you sent the money where it's most urgent instead.
What do you say, would you like to receive a free bible study?

It looks like I will become an elder this week!

as i told you before, they boe have been considering me for the eldership.
which i don't care for, but since my family is stuck in this cult, i guess i can use the new position to help them see that the holy spirit has nothing to do with me being an elder.
