  i've always wanted to ask this question to those that have decided to leave the organization.. what will you do when the great tribulation begins?.

  right now folks, a lot is happening in the political world.. gordon brown (prime miniter of england) last week gave a speech to the un stating that it is time for the un to step in and solve the world's problems, (specifically mentioning the economy and hunger crisis worldwide.).

  barrack obama is shaping up to be the next president, a fellow who sure knows how to persuade and lead great crowds.

  Is the WT banning vasectomies?

  i talked to a dub friend of mine who said they had a new "it's a personal choice, but jehovah will kill you if you do it" article about vasectomies.

  basically, the reasoning is supposedly that since jehovah gave us our reproductive organs, tampering with them is wrong if not medically necessary.

  Emotional Reactions to the Loss of the Book Study

  i think the loss of the book study will hit some like a death of a friend.

  it will mark the end of an era.

  it will forever change the religion of jehovah's witnesses and i believe the change is completely irreversible.. of course, most witnesses will be delighted by this.

  - Publishing less magazines

  - Cuting 15 minutes of the Public Talk

  - Removing the book study in homes

  - Requiring less hours to be a Pioneer

  - Redefining a "Generation"

  Did you ever love Jehovah more than anything else?

  you know that the wts teaches you're supposed to love jehovah above all else including your kids/spouses/parents.

  It's hard to love someone we can't see or can't have a mutual converstation.

  At this stage, love is actually fear, fear to be destroyed and miss eternal life.

  If we were deep into the new system, and felt God's love and saw his blessings, it would be easier and natural to develop a great attachement for God.

  But since we see injustices of all kinds, and prayers not answered, the question should be: Does God love us?

  Remember the BIG announcement in Spring 2005?

  the introduction to the new organized book, no longer called the om book, now the od book?

  perhaps i haven't dug deep enough but why is everyone so sure that this big announcement on sunday is something more than just a revised book?

  i have been researching the wt's position on earthquakes and i am a little confused.

  it appear that the wt is now not saying that earthquakes have become more common since 1914. for example on the wt site it is stated that

  earthquakes.

  All these signs happening in one generation, yes the generation of 1914......Oops, they changed the generation definition....So I guess things don't add up anymore.

  the same very, very reliable source has confirmed that the book study will be amalgamated with the tms and sm.. this same source recently had a long and private conversation with a gb member.
