What did you do with all your suits and clothes you had when you were a J.W? Do you still wear them?

watching it right now....... interesting similarities...... love, scully
Scully,
How is your cat?
i was wondering how long an inactive witness can stop going to meetings before the elders can disfellowship the person?
some are saying that the elders will visit inactive ones in jan, feb, march.
is there a strategy up their sleeve?
I am inactive since 10 years as I said, but when i started fading away, I went about 20 times a year, down to 3 or 4 times a year last year. Everybody has thier own way of fading. I had no trouble this way. Didn't go once in 2002.

Scully,
I had no visits from elders since 10 years, since I am inactive. They only come once a year before the memorial, as an invitation. I guess if they came over, I would play the game and go to a couple of meetings, and then slip away for another 10 years.

ate before the congergation book study, can create a real problem with the "friends".
once i remember my dad who was the conductor at the time setting at the front of the hall book study leading the opening prayer, when all at once there was this screech sound, it soundeed like a half dead cat being ran over.
it was my ever loving dad, cuttinng a cutie, and of cource he just pretended it was something outside the hall, but we all knew it was him that is me and my friends, so we sat there with our mouths coverd by our hands till i took to letting one rip from flexing myself from holding back laughter, so my dad says to me looking right at me: "do we need to grow up son"?
..... and i missed it!!!
arggggggggggghhhhh.
anyway, hubby was out front fixing the christmas lights when two jws approached him in the driveway.
I don't think that the elders came over to congratulate you for your 2000+posts, but they saw your christmas tree, and that speaks for itself. Even if they come back and speak to you, what would you say?
