  Boosting Attendance or Hunting Apostates?

  recently, and reportedly in coming months, elders will be contacting inactive members.. it has been suggensted that their main objective is to hunt for apostates.. i'm inclined to think that "finding apostates" is just a side effect of their main objective, which is to boost meeting attendance.. any thoughts?

  Talking about giving blood. For the first time at 40 years of age, I went to see a Doctor for a general check up. I passed urine test and blood test. The doctor wanted to see me and said that all was ok, but I had a too high level of red blood cells. He suggested that I give blood once every 3 months. He said it would do me good. Not being DF'd, and just wanting to avoid trouble with the elders, I wondered if a witness can have blood taken out and thrown away. Like that no blood is donated. Would that be a reason for Disfellowshipping?

  Do all witnesses shun you?

  there are always a few tender hearted, who know that shunning is stupid and keep on talking to df'd people, when no one is looking.

  are there still a few who keep on talking to you, even if you are df'd?

  i'm sure that elders wouldn't shun you if you talk to them, so why do others have to shun you?

  There are always a few tender hearted, who know that shunning is stupid and keep on talking to DF'd people, when no one is looking. Are there still a few who keep on talking to you, even if you are DF'd? I'm sure that elders wouldn't shun you if you talk to them, so why do others have to shun you?

  just for fun, imagine if all of us here on this forum were in the same congregation.

  i could just imagine the poor overseer's face.. "brother farkel, would you say the opening prayer"?

  C= 3rd letter

  U=21st letter so 3+2+1=6

  I guess that it's worse for guys, because not many wear suits in 2002. But for the ladies, you can still wear your dresses, and no one will stare at you.
