The only time I remember seeing a Delorean in real life was in a bank drive thru. The guy pulled up then had a hell of a time trying to figure out how to open the door to get to the teller's drawer.
Didn't stick around to watch the bumbling fun.

Others, example: diabetics, have to complete a wellness intervention in order to get the lowest rates. An example might be a walking for fitness program or use of an app to more closely monitor blood sugar levels. There is some choice there.

Traditionally it's been true that women prefer to marry "up."
It was certainly an important factor when women were relegated to the sphere of the home and depended on men for survival.
However, now that women can be independent financially, it's not so important. It might take awhile to unlearn traditional behavior which is, after all, transmitted socially and was actually good advice in their grandparents' day.
I have a degree and my husband works blue collar. He went through a 5 year apprenticeship which was not nothing, either.
There are lots of relationships like ours: teachers and cops, teachers and firefighters, teachers and tradesmen, teachers and utility workers. There are 4 teachers just on my block, including 3 of us in a row and one across the street!

Just changed out the summer quilts.
by GrreatTeacher ini just washed all my summer quilts and put them away for the season.
i brought out the thicker and heavier winter quilts and put them on the beds.. i love patchwork quilts and have a couple of heirloom ones actually made out of the scraps of old family clothes.
my mom can point to a fabric and say," oh, that was a dress of mine when i was little," or, "that was my mother's apron.".

There are people who have always liked stacks of heavy quilts and blankets. Many autistic people find the weight of the blankets on their bodies calming. It's a sensory thing that some people prefer. It makes me feel cozy and comfortable. When I sleep with a fluffy and lofted comforter or duvet, even though it is very warm, I feel something is missing, almost like I could float away. So, maybe the opposite of claustrophobic; not secure and safe enough.
It sounds stupid, I know. It's also maybe related to what we were used to growing up. I've always had a top sheet and quilt, and an extra blanket or two sandwiched between as it gets colder. Central Maryland can get really hot in the summer, average of 90°, and then often reaches freezing in the winter. So, layering blankets on is a way to add warmth which often then adds weight.
My son uses this approach on his body in the winter. He wraps a lightweight fleece throw around himself which looks like a cape when he's walking around. Sometimes it looks like Darth Vader is creeping around my house!

the news is the vaccine especially the pfizer one looks like it wears off and hospital rates have gone up for those that have been vaccinated.

The market is hot for housing, particularly outside the cities.
A lot of KHs in the US were built on cheaper suburban land.
However, a hall is not housing and the market doesn't seem to be very rewarding for buildings that pack a lot of people in right now.
From a real estate point of view, it might be better to wait until the market improves.
The problem, as Anna Marina mentions, is that uninhabited buildings don't exactly wear well.
Actually, I'm waiting for an announcement to the effect that, "The home Zoom video worship arrangement has been so successful that it's obvious that Jehovah wants us to use this arrangement exclusively going forward. Aren't we thankful, brothers?"

Waton, I will put it on my bucket list, but I live on the opposite side of the country.
It will require airfare to visit which isn't realistic right now, but my husband is always sure he's going to win the lottery, so as soon as he does, I'll buy tickets.😋
