I've been in drafting and design since I was 16 years old, and was the youngest employee of an architectural-engineering firm when I was 18. I worked for 2 large specialized firms until I was 22, then left for the contracting side of HVAC, refrigeration, etc where I do coordination drawings, design, drafting, etc. It's been good, but I should have been an architect or engineer if not for this damn cult. I shake my head at how my parents refused to help me with financial aide (sign for loans) even though I'd been accepted to Temple, Drexel, and Penn State.

Will Jehovah’s Witnesses Go Back To Normal Activities?

most every state has a plan to get back to normalcy.

many countries also are ready to get their citizens on the road to recovery.. where does this leave the witnesses?

will they ever go back to house to house ministry?

I'm in Pennsylvania. We're at 50% full-vaccination levels. My family included. Most every business has dropped required masks, UNLESS you are NOT vaccinated. I'm telling you, it's like a (literal) breathe of fresh air!

No more masks at work, no more at the grocery store or mall. Movie theaters are re-opening, with social distancing of course. Some schools have dropped masks. (though not my child's, as there is only 2 weeks left, so they're keeping it)

Dr. Fauci has stated we all may need a booster shot in 6-9 months. Ok, no big deal.....so just throw it in with the annual "regular" flu shot I get anyway??

with the built of new jw.org media studio's we can predict the future of the jw religion.. because we are living in an age of digital media, what will be the effect of this all?.

will the religion generate a new population?

WatchTower has evolved over the past decade, no doubt about it. The move on digital was bucked at first, then embraced and now it is seen as the future.

One has to remember though, that all of this media crap is really just to keep the current "Generation" of JW's and their yung wanzzzzz in the fold thru fear, obligation, and guilt. Sure, they make some dumbass cartoons or a view quick misleading clips to show at the doors on a tablet, but for the most part it's just fluff and doom and gloom to keep the rank-n-file Sheeple in line.

Like some posters said above, who in today's day and age, after Googling them online at all, would even think of joining them? It's as silly as saying people would join Scientology after doing even 5-mins of research on them!!!!

They will sell more and more KH's for profit, leave open only JW Assembly Halls for feel-good and money-making Conventions every 6 months (maybe down to every 3 months, so every quarter JW's get to come together in Brotherhood and donate $$$), and become an entirely online religion who will soon look like the Christadelphians in 20 years, MAX. (aging grey-hairs are the only ones left, repeating "Soon.....any day now.......soon" as they drool into their cereal)

All I know is, 5 months in and I'm ready for Trump to be back in!!!!!! I don't know if the US can survive 4 whole years of this senile moron. I have a feeling that we'll be looking back at the Trump Presidency as "The Good ol' Days" when gas was under $2/gallon, ammo was cheap, jobs were plentiful, terrorists were on the run, and the outlook was bright.

I got vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. Allow me to explain my reasons:

1. History, in particular the Spanish Flu of 1918. They didn't have vax back then, but if they did, a helluva lot of people would have taken them. They masked up back then, and rates of infection plummeted. They didn't have N95's back then, so apparently SOMETHING is better than NOTHING.

2. Even though I'm in prime physical health, I have no desire to end up on a ventilator. No thanks!

3. I get a yearly flu shot anyway. What's one more?

4. History again. Polio, Small Pox? People lined up to get those shots, which were "experimental" at the time. The first polio vaccine was "iffy", but the second one created (dispensed in a sugar cube) was bullet-proof.

This vaccine isn't that different from the standard annual flu shot, just another variant. Science has been at this long enough now, and I waited long to see if anyone had any REAL side effects besides normal flu shot stuff, so that I felt comfortable enough getting it.

5. I've got a Hawaiian vacation coming up. No way I'm quarantining 2 weeks upon arrival cause I'm not vaccinated.

6. I just want to LIVE. We have a known, tested, proven vaccine against this virus. Why play Russian roulette with your life? From where I stand, the positives far outweigh and exceed the negatives of the vaccine vs virus equation.

400 Rockets Hit Israel

israel retaliated and some are accusing israel of an “act of terrorism”.

evidently these rockets are trying to get to tel aviv but the dome is getting overwhelmed.. i wonder if the usa and other nations will come to israel’s defense..

You just can't believe how the Pals (really Arabs) are the Masters of Gaslighting.

They will:

Shoot hundreds of rockets into Israel, as well as come up thru underground tunnels to throw out bombs

.......then......

when Israel properly defends itself against these attacks, the Pals come out and claim,

"Help! We are victims of the evil terrorist Israelies who stole our land and our trying to force us out! THEY are the terrorist, WE are the victims!!!!"

It's an incredible sight to behold from afar, and a true Master Class in psychology watching these manipulative pieces of terrorist shit claim that Israel doesn't even have the right to exist (according to their so-called Holy book, which is actually a handbook guide to raping and pillaging the world), much less occupy the very city that the Hebrews themselves built!!!!!

To think that people are so gullible as to keep pitying the "poor Palestinians" who insist in living in squalor when they are surrounded by oil-rich Arab countries that could easily take all of them in. But nope!! Death to the Infidels!!
