WTS Bills Cong's who don't donate enough $$$$

in a thread about the new wt video on kora, two posters mentioned that the wts sends out bills/statements to the congregations that don't send enough money for the literature/study materials/videos, etc.

two different posters mentioned in the thread "letter read out to congregations" (page one) one bill was for 2k and the other one for $1,400.

(i'm assuming u.s. dollars) .

What you said is true.Once a month they read a progress record/report right.Maybe to make us feel bad so we give more money. What if noone could give any money, then what. Then on the platform they will be using some kind of guilt trip to make us give. Doesn't the Bible say you give FREELY and ask FREELY. Doesn't say make them feel CHEAT so they can GIVE more. Hey times are rough now and if I can only give a dollar thats NUN of your business and if someone has a problem with that then expletive deleted

you have a good point. I thought that way too.... but remember HAM NOAHS SON WAS CURSED WITH MORE IMPERFECTION and because of that they would alway have problems until the new system. Look in your bible one perfect race the watchtower saids it from time to time but I think noone gets it. If eve had a black baby adam prob. say " WHAT THE HELL DID I MAKE". reminds me of a joke "WHAT DID ADAM SAY TO EVE, THE FIRST TIME THEY MET....STAND BACK I DON'T KNOW HOW BIG THIS IS GOING TO GET." from the Tastelist joke book

the black race

It's true, C. taze Russell talked about it back in I think 1905, I got it off a site. In your search or sidebar type in Jehovah on the black race or something to that affect and you'll find the site. That's wild isn't it BUT it makes sense right. In the watchtower/Awake they show all different races in the paradise right, thats wrong because by that time everyone will be like adam & eve where when god said "VERY GOOD". Don't get me wrong ,eye and hair color will be different of course and tit size and hgt etc, just that it will be white/hebrew. Remember Jehovah wants ONE perfect human race, and Jesus can bring anyone who wants it back to the way it was in the beginning weather your black, red, or purple with yellow spots get it. The bible saids what it saids and I believe that. The ORG NEVER Talks about that or all hell would break loose. Whats there to hide should people Know the really truth..... besides I don't think many black people who are JW know that or even thought about it for that matter. I think the truth should come out once and for all. archangel

yes i'm a JW but I don't agree with what they say about certain things.Then I found this place.

for starters They don't even know how many of the 144,000 are left. in 95 they said 8,645 and in 2002 8,760 are left. The # isn't suppose to go up it's suppose to go down. Then that got me thinking about alot of stuff.

second why do we have to right down/record time out from door to door, jesus never did.I thought we are to FOLLOW what Jesus did not change anything or add to it.

Now they say it's ok to take blood fractions but not whole blood. I said WHAT. How can it be wrong in whole but not in part. Something is really fishy here.This is NOT right ohhhhhh I can go on and on. Thats my story archangel

Hello everyone I'm New

anyway revelation is a really deep book. When John was shown all these things from ARE TIME he didn't know what to make of are high tech world. So he used things in HIS TIME period to Identify things in ARE TIME period. Makes sense doesn't it. Plus John saw a great crowd of people not a crowd of JW's. There are people who are in mental hos. etc who are very sick and I don't think Yahwah/Jehovah would kill them that would be unjust. Yahshua/Jesus is the only way back to Yahweh so I believe that if a person follows the teachings of Yahshua and really sticks to it the best they can, why wouldn't Yahweh save that people? Plus john talks about the end of religon as a whole, Because the NEW SYSTEM is a new order on earth from Yahwah using his son Yahshua to carry it all out. So the real truth and light will be in the NEW SYSTEM. We kind of have an Idea now be not 100%. JWs never talk about the black race because if everything is to go back to the way before the fall then dark skin and kninky hair will be done away with. So God thur Jesus is going to change Black people to White aka Hebrew. Its just a thought thats all. archangel01

can anyone help me please, i think i remember a scripture something like; 'if a man tells you to do something and doesn't do it himself, don't listen to him'.

i cannot find it, i thought it was in proverbs(nwt) but maybe i imagined it.. anyway, it is possible that the co might visit me late december, i have made a few informal requests, and i'd like to be massively prepared.i have a whole array of un documents/info ready.. if you can help with the above scripture i'd be thrilled.. ta, meaty.

Might not get a good answer from man. They are in the same boat as we are when it comes to sin. The Bible is the answer not man.I hope this helps you archangel01

Preaching the kingdom or what?

i was at the meeting on sunday and one brother mentioned how jws are heeding the scripture at matthew 24:14, you know, about the kingdom being preached, and he said how in every corner of the world jws are now found and it's a fulfillment of the scripture.

then the thought struck me that if that were true, then when people think of jws they should think "god's kingdom".

not in my experience, as when going from door to door or what colleagues at work have said.

hi, I believe that things will go back to the way it was in eden before the fall. Also when JW go door to door that just talk about no more sickness etc but they don't talk or go into detail about going back to the way things were. Yes i'm a JW but I don't agree with alot of things. They say adam & eve were unrepented however the bible does not say and Jesus die to buy back what adam lost so Adam & eve can benefit from the ransom as well. I don't think Yahweh (The closes right spelling name of God) would have let them live 930 yrs. if they didn't have a change of heart. Its just something to think about thats all. Beside Yahweh doesn't deal with us imperfect humans thats why we need Yahshua(the closes right spelling of Jesus) and I feel they don't stress that enough, Yahshua is the ONLY ONLY way back to Yahweh. That's what I come to think and as for the 144,000 what if they are all up in heaven wait to take action I mean the WTC doesn't even let them look or see if what they are printing or saying is right. In 1995 they printed that 8,645 of 144,000 were left now in the watchtower mag jan.1 2003 for 2002 said that 8,760 are left. The # should NEVER go up it should only go down! Thats when I started to think, this is sooo wrong. Thats why I feel the way I do, the Bible did say how you can spot out the false ones. I guess the truth does set you free. I've been looking into DAWN and what they say makes sense. They have the same Bible Basic truths but with out the man made rules and stuff. I think I type enough thanks for reading my pug. archangel01
