Why ex-JW's so knowledgeable when it comes to the Bible?

over the years here on this site i have found over half of the folks can hold their own with any minister.. why when we leave the borg we become proficient on any subject on the bible.. why did we go down that road?

my intention was to get close to jehovah (searching the bible), but i. guess i found lucifer.

i'am ask all the time, how did you go from a true believer to calling the bible a book.

Speedybrother, when one confesses or is caught strait away the brother usually do a decent job except calling the police. Its when one denies it and the only witness is the victim that's where the brothers and the cult gets it all wrong.

One can believe but when one either waste their life away in this belief or people are hurt and harmed because of this believe then we have a problem. Jws kill themselves because of teachings related to thier belief in God and countless people have died fighting over who's God was better.

all us creationists try to do is offer true evidence that the one and only god is out there watching and looking down on us.

we present that certain scientists know the truth about god and that he is everything that we see from trees, life, weather, the air we breath, and even the most simple molecules.

but of course you atheists reject it because it is your nature to not be humble and see god because you want to rule your own life.

some how he found out about noah and his ark and i'm thinking around the year 2371 he travel to northern mesopotamia to get on the ark.

(wt says the flood happened 2370-2369 bce) either he bribed noah (since gods covenant was only for noah and his family) or he hid away on the ark.

But here's where it gets even more miraculous, after the flood, Unas traveled back to Egypt. There he built his royal pyramid most likely by himself or with his small children. Inside this pyramid he also carved on the walls what is known as the pyramid text. He did this all in less then 25 years. Noah must of known of Unas because Unas must have married one of Noah's granddaughters at and early age probably 13 having thier first child at maybe 14. They had a total 9 children. Unas died in 2345 BCE. But let's look at what this magnificent man accomplish in only 24 years. Built his own pyramid single handily. Most likely Cleaned up and restored the temple complex known as Saqqara where his pyramid was built. Carved a huge amount of writings in his pyramid called the pyramid text and had 9 children.

In the end maybe the reason the magnificent man wasn't mention in the bible or much throughout history is in his text he carved in his pyramid. He wrote that a god named RA was the supreme God and Osiris too was the same as RA or a manifestation of him. He also wrote that he would travel in to heaven at his death and join RA. He never mentions Noah's God jehovah in any text and this maybe the reason why most people know nothing of him. He was an apostate so let this be a lesson to all of us. Repent you sinners and return to jehovah or you to will be forgotten!

fate, chance, divine retribution or sh*t happens?.

so i described a cordial conversation with my jw wife and super-duper jw mil last week in which they encouraged me to ‘return to jehovah’.

i told them that i would not be fooled thrice.. later that week we were discussing a fine mutual jw friend, ‘brother x’, that met with a very untimely death.

Jehovah in New Testament

conscienceguy started a topic regarding what to say to the elders about the name jehovah being in the new testament.

i wrote him a private message with my comments on the matter.

The name Jesus wasn't even in the New Testament for a long time not even the Greek translation. Something like half of Paul's so called writings don't have the name of Christ in them just the title.

Also important to know that in the Old Testament the name of God replaced the word Elohim in most cases, which means gods. Even the word or title El isn't what most people have been told. Keep researching.

The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures argues for more than one GOD

gen.1:26 "and god went on to say "let us make man in our image according to our likeness.....etc,etc,.. the key words here are "us" and " our" ,he is including other life forms just like him in using plurals.. he did not say " i" will make man in "my" image ,using the singular vernacular.

the same is also noted in gen 3:22 "and jehovah god went on to say " here the man has become like one of " us".

again he is using the plural and not the singlar language clearly showing their were other life forms on an equal footing to him.. also satan via the serpent also knew the difference between good and bad before he tempted eve , showing he was on a par with jehovah god in knowing that fact along with the other gods in heaven.. another scripture that comes to mind is 1 cor.8:5 "........just as their are many gods and many lords,,,".

The word Elohim means gods plural and the word lord means Baal . El is the top God of the Canaanite pantheon . Bible translators have done a lot of spinning over the decades but those are the facts.

So what the graphs are showing is the Borg spent tons of money a lot of it on special pioneers and other people giving them a monthly allowance, then in the last few year figured it out that it was all for not and they can't keep spending they way they have done in the past .
