  Hourly vs Salary which is better?

  i am hourly.

  what are the pros and cons of hourly or salary?.

  I'm with scratchme, you need to look at the company that's offering it. Some company's it maybe a better option to be on salary others they'll work you to death and when you add up all the hours you work you'll find your making way less per hour then the lowest paid hourly person working at the company.

  I remember back after the 08 crash, companies were laying off people and making the ones they kept work salary. Then the worker would have to work the jobs of three people. Long hours weekends etc.

  i find it hard to believe that the flamboyant grooming, earrings and heels would grant him positive status in the congregation.

  it definitely wouldn't fly in my old cong in arizona.

  he would been pulled in the b room rather fast.

  I believe science has discovered that 70% of the reason why someone is gay is do to DNA and in uterus environment. So with this being the case we have as much right to kill or shun or ostracize a gay person as we do to someone born with a birth defect or just abit different that what's considered normal.

  When I was leaving my wife was getting more in to it. Study reading all the crap etc. now that I'm out and really don't talk to her about anything she has relaxed a bit. I hear this is common all the time.

  My Conclusion After Research

  since leaving the jws i have looked into many beliefs and have come to this conclusion.. paganism has a high regard for women, as they worship goddesses and respect the female for the ability to give birth to new life.

  christianity puts females in second place to males and blames women for male temptations which goes back to eve eating the fruit and tempting adam with it.

  they also created a devil with the appearance of the pagan god pan and built churches on pagan worship sites so that people would still go there to worship, but within a christian building.. i have come to the conclusion that paganism versus christianity is about a battle of the sexes.. the fear of demonic forces is taught by religions to deter you from straying.

  Woman back in the day were highly regarded and so were the female gods. It would be great if a person could go back to doing the pagan right and rituals of ancient Egypt. I think the whole process was about the sanctity of life, death and re-birth in to one children. It was also about the bond of nature and how it's seasonal process was appreciated .

  Question about an elder and if I am crazy

  ok so i have a question.

  i was a very, very true believer until i saw the child molesters in my hall and how that whole thing was handled.. my husband is older than i am and had been an elder for 12 when we married.

  so fast forward to 06, we are in a hall where i thought all the elders were ok at the worst and great at the best.

  Some men just seam to know if a woman has been a victim before and then preys on them. I'm really surprised your husband has done nothing to help you or defend you. At the very least you guys should have moved to a different congregation. I think your husband is a joke if he's done nothing to help you in this !

  Yet another scam, notice to it's about being able to fix damage to thier buildings which are already insured no help for anyone in the congregation. They again show they don't care about the people just thier real estate holdings!

  Cart Witnessing in Hong Kong

  i was away for a few weeks since i was on a nice vacation in thailand, hong kong and macau.

  during my vacationi saw several jws in carts standing by different parts of the cities i visited.. i hong king, however, i noticed that they were a lot more and in a lot more places where i wouldn't think i would see jws with their carts.

  they were at the entrance of men's rooms (and not by women's rooms) in public and (what i imagine is) private property (entrances of public transportation places and shopping malls).

  I drove by two woman each standing behind thier cart about eight feet from each other. On the Main Street of a old town in the middle of the road on a walk way. What was funny was thier posture. Both standing almost like at attention with thier hands behind thier backs. They looked like they were there to guard the carts. They looked totally un approachable, we're not talking, nothing just standing there looking forward. So unapproachable, so funny!
