  Where I used to go, they used to have 3 weekends reduced it to two , closed off all the upper level seats and told people that other were assigned elsewhere. I'm sure this was done to hide the decline in numbers.

  the remarkable sister pettifog.

  this morning i arrived on my bicycle at the local starbucks early, before the intensity of the texas sun boiled to full blaze rendering me a soggy, wrung out mess.. i took up my perch on the outdoor patio in the shade, eager to work on my book of short stories.

  this will be my 3rd book and i’ve been enjoying the process daily.. .

  Actually the JWs back in the day thought many of the prophecies would directly effect the Jews and the country of Israel, so when Rutherford saw UN troops in Israel back in 1948 he thought that was part of the fulfillment of some of The prophecies. They have been anti UN ever since.

  as is usually the case the credentials are not represented, just that they are experts (so take their word).

  Tacitis only refers to Christ never mentions the name Jesus. Josephus mention two guys named Jesus , one is a guy on the wall calling down bad things on the people of Jerusalem and then he writes that he was killed by a rock. The other mentioning of a Jesus most experts agree this texts was a forgery.

  there's simply no way to honestly deny that the ot condones genocide, slavery and misogyny.

  there are too many passage showing yahweh commanding his people to wipe out this nation and that nation - women and innocent children included!

  it leaves us with a god who wrote a book that very, very, very much seems like it condones genocide, but it doesn't, etc.. what kind of god does that?

  Day three God created plants, 7 thousand years later day 4 he creates the Sun. So I guess plants can remain Popsicles for 7 thousand years then be thawed out and be perfectly fine.
