  Feeling Pretty Bad

  i hate mondays!.

  i also feel bad because i have been receiving subtle hints from my hubby that he may be leaving me.

  we have been married for 24 years, have 4 beautiful, intelligent children (one is no longer with us), we have been though troubles, worries, the death of our darling claire, money problems - you name it - we've been there.. now - because i have different religious views to him, he doesn't think he can associate himself with me any longer.

  WAITING FOR THE WORLD TO DIE.

  why is it that after all these years i have suddenly become aware that ,all jehovahs witnesess or those whom claim to be so called have actualy formed a judegment on the whole world of mankind , by stating that they have the only true message from god,.

  what is that message and are they the only ones whom talck to the creator, ????????????.

  the scriptures allways gave times and seasons when god talcked to mankind ,yet the leaders of this tinpot organization have never ever published anything stating that jehovah talcked to any given individual,as he did with mossess or other men of old,my question is do the re followers need proof that they are serving god or are they serving man ,hhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

  i come to you with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes.

  tuesday 27th may 2003 at 12.30 am, i misscarried my first baby.

  i was 9 weeks pregnant.

  My heart is breaking for you. As I was reading your post I cried. We have lost two, but I know that does not ease the pain. Just know that each day you will feel stronger, but cry when you need too, because that is the best medicine. Keep going with the cuddles and reassuring whispers.

  Words cannot express my feelings for you. I actually posted the other day to see how you were, but be strong.All your friends here are thinking of you.

  I am so glad though that you mum was near for you.

  How many here are Pagan?

  i clean house for a guy who practices paganism and have asked him about his beliefs.

  i want to learn more about it and talk with others who also practice this belief.. a friend here on the forum has given me a few links but i also would like to talk with people about this who practice it.

  the more i learn about it, the more i like it.

  We have friends that are pagan - and the beliefs are quite logical (for a Christian brain here).

  Have you been to the pagan fest in Somerset at the end of the summer - Mill Farm - let us know. We have met up with alot of pagans who gather at this time, and find them very interesting and friendly people, who are in no way oppresive like Christians - and life seems easy.

  Some things seem a little strange, but doesn't everything when you know a little about it.

  Venting.........uurrgghhh

  today nw and i were out shopping with our two youngest (14,15).. well i got chatting to someone, and then realised that a group of about 20 or so young people had gathered close by, and then the clapping and singing began, and then, each one would take centre stage to shout about the lord!!

  fine, everyone is allowed freedom of speech.. the thing is, today i realised just how angry inside i am regarding all religion, because as i am stood chatting, my two kids are stood behind me, and were being spoken to by one the group, and so i was listening with half an ear, then begged to be excused, as i turned around and explained that really we as a family were jws for 30 odd years, and we have had enough of religion, so kindly back off.

  i returned to chatting, and still this woman continued chatting to our daughter, who has been brought up to be polite, and not to be rude!!!

  Today NW and I were out shopping with our two youngest (14,15).

  The thing is, today I realised just how angry inside I am regarding ALL religion, because as I am stood chatting, my two kids are stood behind me, and were being spoken to by one the group, and so I was listening with half an ear, then begged to be excused, as I turned around and explained that really we as a family were JWs for 30 odd years, and we have had enough of religion, so kindly back off.

  I returned to chatting, and STILL this woman continued chatting to our daughter, who has been brought up to be polite, and not to be rude!!! Well, our daughter was then told that she was going to Hell, unless she repented and turned to Christ - well I blew my top----- I excused myself again from my chatter, and turned full force on this woman -

  I was so ANGRY, how dare she tell my daughter these things especially after I had very politely asked her to leave us alone.

  I told her in no uncertain terms, what I thought of religion - ALL religion, how it is all a 'snare and a racket' and that no doubt the person in charge of them was raking the money in somewhere along the line.

  Also that we had our own 'personal' faith, and that we had done all the 'preaching stuff' so we did not need to be told how to worship our God.

  Well the conversation went on - Then I turned back to my chat!

  When we continued walking, I realised just how the jWs had got me - I fully realised how angry I feel, so I can only get better - thank goodness.

  But then, this group started up again, and spouting forth, so NW told them in his loud voice that God is NOT religious - he was accosted - hehehehe, but he is so calm and cool, and listened to the guy speaking to him, and explained one or two things to him - but me, I did not want to know.

  All I can say is that I am so sorry that I spent years 'preaching' to people who had other beliefs and were happy. it is what is in the heart that counts.

  What we did notice though, was that it was only the 'young' people being 'witnessed' too, not older ones !!!

  My son was also grabbed, and he thought the guy was cool, because he was telling him jokes, and he brought a piece of literature home with him, when I checked it, it was really funny one liners, until in the middle of the leaflet, was a load of scripture - so I pointed out to him how crafty these people are, by appealing to the humour of youngters. He quickly saw where I was coming from.

  Oh well - sorry to have gone on - but I needed to vent

  Governing Body / who gets in, need answers to be sure ??????

  okay, i want all the help i can get on this one, so fire away with your answers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  anything that i say that is wrong, please point it out to me.. the governing body started roughly in 1971, with seven members, and then over the years increased it to 11 members,.

  so how many people have served on the governing body from the beginning to now ????

  Just an added thought , T he governing body a small group of businessmen control the annointed , whom are supposed to be jehovahs people taken from the earth over the centurys, amounting to 144000, where in the scriptures does it mention a small select group of men being given control of the annointed directing and controling the annointed ,the annointed are supposed to be scattered all over the earth, yet at no time do they ever come together as one , giving or passing any spiritual food to anyone ,there thoughts or needs are never acknowledged or asked for ,most of the annointed i have come across or so called annointed have been beligerent ,nasty, uncaring ,obnoxiouse and children haters,

  The golden rule from the society,which is run by businessmen is that you do as i say and not as jesus christ asks of you, as far as race is concerned hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm it wouldnot matter what colour the governing body was ,as they are all out to serve themselves,why would you want anyone else of a different race to share there evil ways and remember retribution will come from the creator ,RACE ISNOT AN ISSUE HERE I DONT THINK ,as far as i am concerned the GOVERNING BODY AS I SEE THEM MAY AS BE BLOODY GREEN ALIENS, FOR ALL THE COLATTERAL DAMAGE THEY HAVE DONE ALL IN GODS NAME,
