I think I had a similar topic to this before, so I will call this part 2.
My brother Darin was taking his daughter Darby home from Kings Island the other day. He wanted to take a different road home and see where the new kingdom hall was going to be built.
They passed by the sight and then Darby asks Darin, "Daddy why don't you go to the kingdom hall?"
Darin figured she was now old enough for this conversation.
He tells her that all of the things she enjoys doing--celebrating birthdays,Christmas, karate classes are all forbidden to Jehovah's Witnesses.
He asked her if she knew what blood transfusions were,she said no, so he asked her if she had heard about people being in accidents and needing blood to live, she says "yes". He then told her that Jehovah's Witnesses are forbidden to take blood even if it kills them for refusing.
He also told her that if she was a baptized Jehovah's Witness she would be told not to have anything to do with him.
She looked at him and said "Man those people are controlling"

Amanda used to accuse me of flirting with the waitresses in restaurants, I didn't consider it flirting, just being friendly. Ok, so maybe I did flirt with the chinese waitresses, those asian gals can be so cute and precious,-LOL
I realized this once again on my last trip to Kentucky this past week. I love to talk to people, and everywhere I went there people would strike up conversations with me.
I guess the real me returns every now and then.
Sometimes I wish I could just turn in my notice, pack up and return home. Way too many negative memories here, I don't even think about JWD or gay issues when I am home, I am just too busy enjoying the real me and enjoying life.
There are some good people on this board, and then there are some rotten ones who chose to belittle me due to their prejudices.. -

Well I hope you find one. I never even thought about different door locks, I figured most deadbolts were almost identical.
