hi everyone.i have been reading the blogs here for some time and have just decided to have an in put.

i am still a current member of the wts and am sort of planning to fade.

i realise 2 things (1)i have to build bridges in order to replace the ones that will crumble behind.

I'm currently being shunned by dozens of close family for asking the wrong questions and not handling my fade

correctly . I've since learned so much . How JWs treat people who do real research and have honest questions

PROVES without a doubt its all a scam .

Being honest & fair, can you think of anything that the Watchtower does that's beneficial to the public?

i'm curious, as where i reside there's about to be a major brouhaha over the tax exempt status of a major player in this area.

reading and hearing the arguments from both sides conjured thoughts about the tax exempt status of religions and the arguments associated with that issue.

a significant portion of the arguments related to that issue center around how a tax exempt organization benefits it's community.

Any faint fringe benefit that can be vaguely atributed to the Watchtower fake religion is countered

by the very real damage done .

Destroyed

Families

Marriages

Lives

Plethora of suicides . Rampant depression and serious mental illness . Loss of career , social , education advancement .

Putting off of medical issues because the is so near . As well as lack of retirement planning .

And a over representation of JWs over using government benfits . Like pioneer elders being on SSDI .

JWs are a parasite on the rear end of humanity .

i'm new here, so i thought i'd start with an introduction and summary of my life, for the most part.

i have a tendancy to ramble ridiculously, so bear with me :) and this will be all over the place as thoughts take over the keyboard.. i was born a 5th generation jw.

i never really "felt" it, but was book smart about it.
