  i, like otwo in another thread, never really had a bad experience with jws.

  i never had any case of molestation come up in the the many congregations i served in.

  i never had any major beefs with any elder body.

  I am very intersted to know if your wife came out with with you.

  Also, please don't leave just yet. The forum needs balanced people such as yourself.

  We need you to counterbalance some of the rabid anti-witnesses here, they do more harm than good and turn off

  many questioning Witnesses who come here looking for answers to their many questions re the validity of the WBTS.

  in relation to this thread, the destruction of jerusalem 607bce.

  i'm doing my own research on this date, majority (98%) of sources points to 587bce, i'm still studying jw enterpretation of bible chronology and other books but so far there seems to be little support for 607bce.. .

  a man comes to the elders and asks if he can take blood fractions for clotting since he is a bleeder.

  the elders tell him it's up to his conscience.

  It is very clever the way they quote the source about something and then just keep talking mentioning

  607 as though it is supported by the source. They have done that before.

  was watching the faith dvd yesterday, and he seems like a smarty pants know it all?

  he doesnt seem like a hard hitter or bad ass or anything, but it seems like the kinda guy, that if you went out in field service with, that he would constantly correct you, and have smart ass comments to make about the householders who arent intrested in owning a watchtower or awake..

  According to Barb Anderson and others, some bad shit indeed went down with Jaracz in the land down under, but nobody will 'fess up as to what the hell happened. That's what makes me wonder if Jackson knows something the rest of us don't.

  Jaracz was in Australia 1952-1956

  Geoff Jackson was born in 1955. So Jackson was one year old when Jaracz left.

  Jackson is an Aussie not a Kiwi.

  it outlines what appears to have been perjury by the watchtower society, and also is another example of political involvement.

  1. russell made no predictions about 1914.. 2. specifically, russell never predicted christ's "coming" for 1914.

  it seems you discontinued the wrong meeting.. 1. reinstate the "book study" at private homes - (and go back to the original name, because changing the name to "congregation bible study" isn't fooling anyone).

  2. add a real bible study/discussion to the in-home meetings.. 3. discontinue the other four meetings and sell the kingdom halls ... or turn them into homeless shelters, that would be a christian thing to do.

  4. stop printing magazines for the ministry, tracts work just fine.
