You scored as Emergent/Postmodern.
You are Emergent/Postmodern in your theology. You feel alienated from older forms of church, you don't think they connect to modern culture very well. No one knows the whole truth about God, and we have much to learn from each other, and so learning takes place in dialogue. Evangelism should take place in relationships rather than through crusades and altar-calls. People are interested in spirituality and want to ask questions, so the church should help them to do this.

Can the beast be slain? Should it be?
by AuldSoul inon another thread i was responding to sentient and realized that what i was writing is what i truly feel so many who come out don't look at from a practical standpoint.
the individuals in the organization are not typically the biggest problem, it is the organization itself.
they call it an "organization" to hide its true face; it is a corporation.

Yes it should be slain so, in it's dying throws, it can disgorge my family. Please include me in your list. It would be a privilege to to be of service to the ones I love, even if they are not aware of it.

WTS vs Quotes: Requiem for a Research Web Site
by Quotes inin compliance with the terms of a settlement agreement, my information and research web site, http://quotes.watchtower.ca, is now "dark".
the domain "watchtower.ca" has been transferred to wts (i assume they will have it pointing to borg.org watchtower.org asap).
my copies of the site have been destroyed, the files deleted, and my wt library cd has been destroyed, in accordance with the settlement agreement which will afford a "discontinuance" of their suit against me.

Hi Peter,
This is the best of all possible outcomes for all your hard work.
We will now be able to get press coverage unavailabe before.
The motivation is there to make your work more available than we dreamed possible.
The only thing I have questions about is, How did people with such limited foresight ever pass even one law exam?
Thank you and regards to your wife.

We all know this is not the end. This is just the begining of the begining.
I know of at least twenty people who have downloaded your site. And although
I am sure you would not approve, Quotes, There are some, hot headed, disfellowshiped,
nasty apostates who will copy it.
Well thats not your problem, you did the groundwork and can now bow out.
You did a great job thank you.

Do you know where the first person you had sex with, lives now?
by free2beme ini was actually baptized in my early 20's, so i spent some time as a teen and early twenties doing things that were not witness-like.
one of those things was sex out of marriage and to be honest, i have no regrets.
i have wondered though sometimes, where is that person i shared such a landmark moment with in life.

As for me - wifey was and is my only sexual encounter in life. 31 years later I would not want anyone else to blurr that memory
Jeff, That was so beautifully put. I totally agree with your sentiments.
The sanctity and comfort of my maritial relationship has been a source of never ending delight for me.

Simple Proof of WTS claims to be "Inspired" Prophet
by crazies in(deutrernomy 18:20-22)
however, the prophet who presumes to speak in my name a word that i have not commanded him to speak or who speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet must die.
21 and in case you should say in your heart: how shall we know the word that jehovah has not spoken?

Thank you crazies,

As a matter of fact I do.
I thought I loved him at the time.
But that was almost fifty years ago. And I was very young.
I now realize I didn't know what love was.
Now I am completely and passionately in love, and totally besotted with the man who is,
at this moment, in the kitchen doing the dishes.
and
yes.
It's the same gorgeous man.
