Long hair girl : I couldn’t agree more, as im in that exact same position. My elderly father is getting weary of driving long distances, so I drove him to his assembly. While dropping him off at the front door I was looking those who I knew going inside. As I’m not DFed I was smiling and interacting with them. But deep down it made me appreciate that I’m not one of these deluded fools. I can see PIMOs as their PIMI parents die (like myself) making the exit easier.

The point where it’s discussed is at the 1:38 mark. What I think makes this more credible than hearing it from me or slim boy fat is that this is coming from a Mormon perspective.

TM3 and Sister Serena, are in the same situation. Both to, or two, bigger fish to kill, and both a liability and PR nightmare for WT. Hence Soster Serena can still lead a somewhat secular life style while still officially been a Jw e.g tight pants beer commercial. This leaves Wt in a some what precarious situation. Do we allow sister Serena to carry on as she is, or do we do something about it and face a public backlash .

Same with Tony. Do we remove him, and face the consequences of what he could do. Or do pay him off with a settlement. Send him to the other side of the country and forget about him. I think the latter is the better option.

so karl klien of the governing body gave his life story in the watchtower talking about his stress, nervous breakdowns and pressure to take the lead.

A common theme I’m hearing. His DIL turned him in. For been intoxicated ass at a family event. I think there would be little doubt in the xjw community that Tony is a raging Alcoholic.

His alcoholism along with his mouth is what hung him in the end. I’m kind of surprised that he wasn’t removed, when the bottle gate video was starting. Im guessing that was the point where they realised he was becoming a liability to them, but of course he was too high up the ranks to do anything, well at least publicly anyway.

The interesting part is how they handle this with the least amount of damage. If he was just a rank and file member, I’m sure he would have been DFed years ago. He also knows the inner workings at the highest level, so he could do them an immense amount of damage. Do they DF and throw him out on the street, and risk a back lash. I think the easier option would be to give him a severance package, with a confidentiality agreement, a letter of recommendation to his new congregation on the other side of the country, and hope the problem goes away.

That’s an interesting theory about the connection between Jaracz and Morris, in the implementing of child safeguarding policies. Maybe they needed to distance themselves from TM3 before things got too hot.
