Aside from that I love Harry Potter and am glad someone is intelligent enough to read before judging. Harry Potter is full of wonderful things friendship/love/loyalty/humour. Just what the world needs

when we were in the org, we had to watch our language, and speak correctly and never swear.
people knew we were jw's just by the way we dressed, but also by the way we talked.

After I left I went through a real F*** time in which I did cuss, but now I don't have the anger so I am back to me. When angry I do prefer the F word of all others though Thunder Rider never cussed but I taught him that along with many other things

i have no idea what to do.
i have a brother who is duping so many in this room.

I for one wish people would be honest but I guess that isn't the case. Is he hurting anyone? Is he telling lies? Then I would rat him out if he were my brother and let him have hot coals poured on his head

the people in the local congregation know very little about my life nowadays.
have been shunned while actively attending meetings and not being marked, DA'd or DF'd.
Been there too, I had the audacity to have a problem with my abusive in laws, I mean how dare I say anything to the "upstanding witnesses" just because my kids had bruises and my son had begun to have a tick in his eyes from nerves. I tell you the shunning did me a world of good
I just see it as a sign of their lack of love, Thunder Rider sees witness around here all the time in his work. They will run or look the other way. It is so telling of the organization.

I guess I never feel I have an advantage over people, one may have more money but are they rich in other areas of their lives? One may have intellect but do they make intelligent decisions... I guess the only advantage I had as a witness was that I wasn't raised in it and had been allowed to see life in a more rounded perspective...which allowed me the guts to escape.
