i was molested by a brother in my congregation when i was nine years old.

when i told my mother she went directly to a family friend and respected elder to seek advise.

a couple days later, he and another elder made a visit to our home and questioned me for hours.

Congrats to Gumby and his fabulous inability to keep quiet about anything at all!

I was feeling a bit nostalgic the other day and started going through some of my old threads and I noticed that you had replied to most of them, some even more than once. :D

recently someone posted a thread about what wicked means.

after pondering on it i concluded that for myself it is the ability (and/or extent applied) to lie to oneself - accept the lie and even prefer the lie - it is actually a preference for darkness.

i think that's what jesus thought wickedness was too.
