Once we are on the outside we heal. . .

I worry about the ones still on the inside . . . as I see it, they are the ones that are scarred. . .damaged . . . dysfunctional . . .judgmental . . .

CBC Canada preview of child molesters

i just saw a 1 minute preview of next wednesday's the fifth estate.

they showed the silentlambs march, an interview with a victim, as well as a copy of the elder's secret manual : "pay attention to yourselves and all the flock".

IT WAS SOOOOO COLD! that...

it was so cold up here in canada land.

our temperature this morning was - 45 degrees c.. so i'm on my way to work, warmed the truck up for at least 10 minutes, made a stop at walmart, (i love it they're open for shopping at 7:30 a.m.) and i continue on to work.

i get stuck behind this old guy and his wife at a red light.

My story...

okay, i've chatted with several of you and i thought it was time to tell my story.

it all began during the gulf war early in january 1991. i was concerned about the war becoming the end of the world and naturally, because of my lifestyle, i began asking myself what i intended to do with my life.

a pioneer sister worked in the office where i worked, i knew she was a witness and studied the bible so i asked her opinion on what was happening.

I'm being DF'ed...

this is my first post on this board even though i have been lurking for a looong time.... .

i have just being told that the judicial committee has decided to disfellowship me and that i have a week to appeal if i decide to do so.

the reason: "apostasy".

I enjoy chatting with you, and also reading your posts. You are a fine addition to the forum. I avoided the JC kangaroo court (no offense to the kangaroos ) . . .what a fitting definition. . .I did a no-show at their judicial hearing.

They disfellowshipped me.

It came as a shock. I worked through it and believe I am thankful that they df'd me. . .now. That is because now I see the jws from a sideline position. Definitely a healthier perspective! Give yourself time. . .You will heal, email!!
