  today's been a horrific day, weather-wise, in new south wales with very hot, gale force winds fanning the flames of bush fires all around sydney.

  the urban areas around the south-west and close to bethel, as well as the area near wollongong to the south have been affected, which means the fires are breaking out deep in the metropolitan area.

  this news article in the canberra times shows that there is a real problem when the legal system is too soft on these criminals.

  we should be able to know if these creeps are in our community, but what if they're in our community because they are safer there than in other states?

  shouldn't children be protected the same way, no matter where they live?

  farkel used a hypothetical situation of a little girl named suzy of which dna evidence of a perpetraitor showed she was molested by a certain man.

  he got off the hook because there was not two witnesses.. my question is:.

  Sunday program: WTS says It's all lies!

  reports are being circulated that congregation elders in new south wales have been instructed what to tell householders who raise questions about the recent "sunday" program report.

  they are to say that it's all lies.

  amazingly this contradicts the evidence from decided court cases as shown in the program.

  Does It Bother You Too??

  my sister who is still a jw called me today and was talking to me about my "situation".

  i said to her that i am studing, doing research and trying to find my way and what i believe.. i said how mum said is pleading for me to go back to the meetings and i said to my sister that i cannot make up my own mind if i am at the meetings.

  her reply was "the only way you can is at the meetings because that is where you get holy spirit from.".
