  Any research on Fred Franz?

  just curious if anyone out there has done or knows of an extensive biography of fred franz.

  since he was such a pivotal person in the wtbts it would be interesting.

  i know that the bible students are writing a biography of charles t. russell and alan f has said that someone is writing a bio of j.f.

  Well thank you for the warm welcome. I've been such a long time lurker that I feel like I know many of you. In fact it seems like many of the regular posters from when I first started visiting this board have moved on. This is a great place to get support and share upbuilding experiences information and have lively discussions, although I may be setting a record for fewest posts per day.

  I am a pacific northwestener who has been out for quite some time. I left the borg not from a disagreement over the doctrinal issues but rather from a gradual drifting away as I entered adulthood. At first, like many dubs that leave in this manner, I still believed in the troof but after a friend loaned me a copy of CoC I realized that my spiritual weakness was leading me in the right direction, out of a mind controlling publishing company. Like many of you, I still have family in the borg although they are minimizing contact with me.

  To demonstrate that placing kingdom things first is your top priority though shall only drive a 4 door behemoth with a seating capacity of 12.
  
  I drove a sporty muscle car and must admit that I enjoyed the disapproving looks from the spiritually mature sheep when I pulled into the KH parking lot. There was also another positive side to my secular vehicle choice, I was never asked to drive during my infrequent moments in the field ministry.

  why is it that if a man passes by at the mall or grocery store toting a baby or little kids along gets all kinds of admiring looks from strangers?

  especially if he puts the kid in one of those baby pouch thingys....geez he may as well be a god.

  if he has toddlers and they are acting up its not his fault hes doing the best he can after all.

  The double standard works both ways. Last week I received a dirty look while absentmindedly holding the shopping cart while my more than capable wife placed a 40 lb bag of dog food in the cart. I should have been more attentive since she is a weaker vessel. On the other hand, if I don?t feel like lifting she should be in subjection and allow me my rest. ;-)
