Ouch!!! The Dentist phobic speaks.....
by ScoobySnax inwell i finally did it today, got to the dentist, they had to pull out 2 teeth and i'm in line for a "bridge" whatever that is...... my face feels sore, my head aches, and it feels like i got this huge crater in the back of my mouth......my dentist says its ok, i had too many teeth at the back anyway as my wisdom teeth have come through.
even still, i can't help but hate the dentist.
they always say the same thing..."pop yourself up on the chair" "this won't hurt" "you're gonna feel a bit of pressure here"..... and the classic "sit up and have a rinse now"....

Jobs you weren't aloud to have
by JH inwhat job or career would you have loved to do, but being a jw, you weren't aloud to do that?
and how about the college or university course you couldn't get because the end was too close.
did you miss good job opportunities because of the watchtowers expectations?

They said that I should let the job go and try to work in the cleaning business so that I miss less meetings.
I always wondered why so many JW's had cleaning businesses. My mother and two sisters have thier own cleaning businesses also. I remember helping my mother clean hospitals, doctors offices and banks. Talk about a horrible job. I will never forget having to empty out a huge garbage can full of old leg & arm casts. OMG! The smell was dreadfull!!! I am sooooo glad I didn't end up doing that for a living.

Have you ever not liked another women/girl out of pure jealousy? I have. In fact I have that problem right now. One of my co-workers seems like a really nice girl. She is very friendly and for some reason I just do not like her. I am not rude or mean to her I just don't like her. I know if I took the opportunity to get to know her I would probably like her but I am so jealous I don't even care to.
In all honesty, this is why I dislike working with other women. They never get along, always jealous of one another, bickering and fighting over stupid things, gossiping etc.etc. Where I work now there are only two women in the office, the girl who answers the phones, and me. All my co-workers are males. Its nice.
Disclaimer: I am not saying that all women are like this. Just the ones I have worked with in the past.

All you have to do is hold your cursor over a number for more then 5 seconds. For instance if I hold my cursor over the number 88 for 7 seconds. It'll will show the symbol of number 72. If you don't put cursor over the number you chose, it'll guess wrong. try it!

by GirlOnFence inhow many of you, go to the occasional meeting?
i no longer believe any of the things i was raised to believe... but for some reason i still go to the occasional meeting and i even went to the special assembly last weekend (even though i got there after lunch).
i guess it will take a while to completely break away but i was wondering if anyone else is in this situation.
