  Ever have a freaky experience with a non-JW?

  when i was dating a girl that was a jw, we had a really freaky experience.

  i took her back to her house one night and her neighbor friend was out in the front yard with her boyfriend.

  he had just fainted for no apparent reason and was lying on the ground, and was slowly coming to.

  One time when i was at the district convention. Someone's child brought a smurf toy with them. Right in the middle a talk, the smurf got up and ran out. all buy itself!!!! Can you believe that!!! Freaky.....

  Saying Amen Out Loud

  after having been accustomed to three decades of prayers at the kingdom hall, where "amen" was said out loud at the end; i then attended a large church funeral for a relative---the pastor said a prayer---and *i* said "amen" out loud.

  much to my embarrassment, out of over a hundred or so people there, i was the only one that did..............[color me red].

  are jws the only ones who do this?.

  My inlaws are Mormon and they always say Amen outloud. I did when I was a JW, but not anymore.

  i am at the end of my rope with my 2002 vw jetta gls.

  i traded in my 1997 vw jetta (which had tons of problems....i'd just figured i'd gotten a bum car and decided to give the new jetta's a try).

  I heard hondas are pretty reliable, but the insurance is really high. I also own a chrysler Sebring (piece of crap).
