  the moon.

  you'll see it's silver shimmer.

  you'll see it's craters, honey.

  Take a look at

  The moon

  You'll see it's silver shimmer

  You'll see it's craters, honey

  You'll see it's phases.

  Take a look at

  The moon

  Like men of long ago did.

  Like men of today did.

  See all it's phases.

  All men under the moon are not immortal.

  I look at

  The moon.

  With the neighbor's cat purring

  With my dear father laughing.

  Both have moved on.

  I look at

  The moon

  Solitary in body but not in spirit.

  He's with me during midnight.

  Watching the moon.

  It's been 9 months since my dad passed away. My favorite thing to do with him right before we passed away was to feed the neighbor's cats and watch the moon. We both marveled at it's errie glow. We also marveled at the fact that men thousands of years ago also did the same thing, watching this shimmering white peice of rock in an immense vacum.

  The neighbors who had the cat that always visited me and my dad moved away.

  Now I look at the moon by myself. Not really. I always have somebody watching it with me.

  please dont take offence but ive just realised something maybe its been touched on before,.but when i was reading the thread on bil cosby i read the one off obviously secret.

  now as i am a white person i assumed he was white until he stated he was black.

  so when i thought about it, i imagine everyone on this site is white, does everyone who is black imagine everyone else is black, and anyone oriental imagine everyone else is oriental.

  Cold rain : Wow what a Mix !

  Alot of us Carribeans are mixed like that. I know this one other Carribean guy that had Chineese, Indian (Both dots and feathers) Black, and German.

  You seem to have a cute mix yourself ;) What's your ethnicity, may I ask?

  WOW, ColdRedRain!

  WHAT an interesting mixture! I'd LOVE to be at one of YOUR family reunions! I'd bet the variety in FOOD would be quite interesting too!

  BTW, I'm white---Irish, French, Norwegian and a touch of Abnaki Indian.

  Lol, I actually had a family reunion last week in Florida. But the food wasn't that ethnic. We just cooked pork chops, bratwursts and burgers. Good ol American food.

  the latest "keep on the watch" publication released at the district assembly really looks like a rehash of old material (and even old pictures ... they must be running out of paint or something!)..

  one 'gem' caught my eye flicking through it.

  how do you reason with people to convince them that the bible account of a global flood is real?.

  there's a great book about the scrabble subculture called "word freak.

  " i read it last year because i was considering joining a local scrabble group.

  however, after reading the book, i realized i'm what the "word freaks" call a good living room player and nothing more.
