Australian saved by American in Skydiving accident

as the good book says'there isnt a greater love than when a man gives his life for his friend'.. robert cook saved an australians life when he shielded her body from the impact in a skydiving plane accident.
the accident happened in missorie and kimberly the australian will be in hospital for around ten weeks.

A Suicide - the family's thank you note
by Fatfreek ina local man, a non-jw church member, committed suicide last week.
my wife, as usual, prepared a covered dish and took it to their house as an expression of sympathy and to help out.
she just received a thank you card from them and i thought i'd share part of it: .

No, I would never know a JW family to do that without having an ulterior motive like spreading their dogma.
As for the unwritten rule, I remember a Jewish person telling me a wise rule that will stick with me until the day I die. Jude a person or organization's Talmud more than you judge their Torah; which means "Don't judge people or a group by what they say they do or what they claim to do officially, but rather, look at their unwritten rules and see how they really treat people."
And Crumpet, those elders are assholes. I've seen a suicide funeral talk before. Even when they try to be compassionate, they end up sounding smug. I'm not suprised that they tried to DF you for suicide. It seems like something elders would do.

Everybody thinks I'm anywhere from 17 to 22, and a few very clean livers thing I'm 27. Only 3 people IRL have guessed my real age. I'm about to turn 25 in 3 weeks.
