  What I Don't Miss at a District Convention

  name the things you don't miss about going to a dc!

  ---getting there so early and then find that the "servants" have saved all the good seats

  ---not having time to make a decent lunch and getting admonished about not buying from nearby vendors.

  I'm not a believer of deprivation people should be able to enjoy the foods that appeal to them as long as they produce no health risks, moderation is key so is mobility.

  And as for little girls being mean spirited towards other girls mothers need to teach their daughters the lesson: focus on bettering yourself first.

  looks like in conjunction with my post yesterday about the farm putting up some new printing presses, the brooklyn branch is starting to sell off some of its property!

  a mass exodus may have begun upstate.

  Sorry to frighten you DJ but thats a day in the life of a big city. 1 whacky organizations moves out while 3 more move in. The integrity of a historical neighborhood outweigh the policy/might of 1 creepy org.

  I can't wait to learn who the new landlord/owners will be hopefully they'll restore and preserve the integrity of this historical neighborhood as it stands the tower are a complete eyesore. I predict condominiums/lofts with a phenomenal view of Manhattan/East River as opposed to office space.

  maybe i'm in need of some enlightenment here.

  through the means of educational tv (such as the simpsons), i have always thought that a sufferer from tourettes syndrome cussed and swore for most of his waking life.. however, just a few moments ago, i encountered this in thursdays the times:.

  manchester united expect to complete the acquisition of tim howard, the american goalkeeper who suffers from tourettes syndrome, within a fortnight.

  nina, i have been sitting here trying to catch up on the posts for the day,and have noticed so many wonderful things you have said...........i just wanted to let you know girl,,,,,,your light is shinning again........ even your avatar is shinning , what a beautiful person you are inside and out and i hope your days are always filled with smiles like that one.

  i know that is one of big tex's favorite ones, you know the man just adores you right?.

  i can say, that the death of a parent by suicide is something we never get over,... we just get thru it, we keep the memory of them alive by telling their stories to anyone with a listening ear.
