Need advice on natural arthritis supplements that help
by LyinEyes ini know that mac knows alot about this and hope he replies to this.
as well as others who have tried these natural supplements .. i have had arthritis since childhood , and mainly it was in my feet , ankles,,, now as i get older it has really hit my left knee.
i have such a limp at times and sometimes can barely walk when i do too much .. i have some supplements that have glucosamine and chondroitin in them,and have heard it take maybe 2 months before you feel any difference.. the pain gets so bad most of the time that celebrex doesnt help at all, and a heating pad is my only comfort.

Thanks for posting that last photograph. That is a picture of my old assembly hall in Greenpoint, NYC. On the inside of this beautiful building are Egypitian or Phoenician style statues along side the walls. And yes that logo is on the facade of the building. I spent many years in that building attending mini conventions.

Damn kids ... or am I getting old?
by Simon inwe bought the "simpsons road rage" game a few months ago, mainly for the kids.. if they've been playing before they went to bed then me and angharad have had a few gos in the evening and have been competing for the high score.
over the last few week, we've traded it and nudged it up until angharad reached an unattainable 9,100 points.
eventually, after hours of dedicated thumb twiddling i managed to beat it with 9,300 and then push it out of rech with 11,300. i was the champion.

Never share your technique. I've done this in the past then dad turns around and improves it and beats me. Then I have to dream up a new strategy.
