I would have to answer no to your question. In the USA in order to join the military you must be 18 years or older you're considered an adult at this age. The parent no longer has the responsibility or the legal right to make these types of choices or decisions on behalf of the young adult.

It is a parents responsibility to protect the welfare of the child. Parents must always be held accountable for the well being of their children. Parents who do not adhere to the law and endanger the child by choosing to sacrifice or make martyrs of them for what ever their belief systems should be brought to justice and dealt with accordingly.
however, gmtv had rather negative thoughts about it.

The only hairstyle(if you can call it a style) I hate to see on a man is a comb over or hair plugs.
