  do you try to stay in good shape?

  to be healthy and stay healthy one must do a minimum of physical activites, even if it's only a small walk once in a while.

  no matter who you are, you must do a minimum of physical activities to stay healthy.. i walk alot, and go on bike once in a while.

  today the holt spirits guided me to my pm box, where i found justification and a message to the effect that the need for beer is great in holland, hence the fulfillment of yet another prophecy.

  our two eldest sons and their wives went to las vegas for the week today.

  i have the 2 year old son of one son and the 14 year old daughter of the other son, for the week (until friday).

  the girl (carlie) is an absolute dream, so helpful and has a great personality, but she goes to school everyday.

  He sounds like an absolute dreamboat to me. He's probably missing his mommy & daddy in the worst way. Young children don't adjust very well to change try to bare with him. Don't worry about how much he eats on a particular day he'll come around when he's hungry. Small bite sizes foods always work best--finger food. Entertainment: playdough lots of playdough.

  Did you take down notes at the meetings?

  were you the type to always jot down every little detail the brothers said from the podium?.

  i found it amusing when especially sisters were always writting notes in their pads when the brother was giving a talk in the front.. i wonder if it was because they found the topic interesting, or because they wanted to look as if they were learning something.. i was all ears, but never took down notes.

  that's odd, coming from a person who is "visual".
