by no-zombie injust one week from the zone overseer's visit is the announcement that the magazine production by the australia branch will end in a few months.
the task being transferred to the japan branch.
while i'm not 100% certain, i understand that this effectively ends all major printing bar perhaps tracts, handbills and other loose items.

Today watchtower study encourage simple life for pionears. I am live in a asian country. The bethel provide luxury facilities for their bethel family. Luxury apartments, AC roomms etc. They have to spend lot of money to maintain such a luxury apartments. Only high class people have that kind of facility in our country.
However they encourage pioneers and others to simple their life and give their donations as much as possible to maintain such a luxury aprtments. So i would like to know the bethel facilites at developexd countries.

The GB encourage sincere jw’s to maintain a simple life, to sell their luxury houses, electronic equipment’s etc. However if you look at the life style at bethel, It’s like a five star hotel. I’m in a Asian country. Therefore to us bethel is a five star hotel not a simple life style. They have to expend more money to maintain that premises that expend on kingdom works. I don’t know about other countries.
I like to know bethel facilities at other regions like Europe and America and comparison of bethel life with the middle income family life style.

However if you look at the front page of t he brochure "Jehovah's Witnesses—Who Are They ? What Do They Believe?" you can see a doctor. What GB try tell through that picture (doctor) . That is there are some doctors among JW. Isn't it? If higher education and being a doctor is wrong, why they have picture of a doctor. That's shows there double standing on higher education.

Is it proper to kneeling before adults?
by KSFernando inas per the sri lankan customs, sri lankans kneel before adults (such as parents, grand parents, teachers etc) to show their respect.. i have quoted some writings from jw literature,.. in some parts of the world, it is the custom for young children to honor adults by kneeling respectfully when in their company.
in this way, they do not stand taller than those who are older.
in these communities, it is also viewed as an act of disrespect for a child to turn his or her back to an adult.

In these communities, it is also viewed as an act of disrespect for a child to turn his or her back to an adult. This included the command: “Before gray hair you should rise up [in respect], and you must show consideration for the person of an old man.” (Lev. 19:32) Sadly, in many places it is no longer common to show honor to others. In fact, disrespect is the order of the day. God’s Word puts a high value on showing honor. It tells us to honor Jehovah and Jesus. (John 5:23) We are also commanded to show honor to family members and fellow believers as well as to some outside the congregation. However Sri Lankan Jehovah’s witnesses do not kneel before adults, they view that as a worship.
What do you think Christian view on kneeling before adults to show respect? And is it proper to Christian to kneeling before adults?
