  Your First "Sin"...

  hey guys,.

  i'm sure this one has been done before, but what was your first "sin" after leaving jw.. i'm not necessarily talking about sleeping with a transvestite - or maybe that was it, :-).

  the other day i was a movie theater and if i wanted to - i could have seen a rated r movie - (like the old george bush on saturday night live - scary!

  Oh, I wish we did. He lives in my neighborhood, drives a nice bright red convertible Mustang 5.0. Beautiful. He's more like the um... poster family for the truth. Shouldn't be such a think but every cong. has at least one. I can only hope.

  i'm seeking to connect with anyone in southeast texas to mideast texas area that's disf'd or disa'd

  it's always good to find others who understand where we've been without having to explain or rehash everything we've done or said that may seem eccentric to someone who hasn't "been there" .

  it would be nice to meet others with an "in common" background and enough chutzpah to leave the xjw baggage in the closet most of the time.

  Thanks for the support guys. Love ya, Razor. I'm not baptised, unpracticing... I never believed it. I was good little robot child, spitting out everything they told me until I was about 8 or 9 and I started thinking about it, and it didn't make sense. So, I cringed and bit my teeth for about 7 more years as my mother made me go. My only consolation was young brother Bartlet that I has a slight crush on. I stilll wonder just how he look w/o... *clears throat*

  ...but um, I do have one question: Do you ALWAYS have to type in your user name and password every single time you make a post? It's getting really annoying.

  Do YOU answer the door now?

  when i left the org the elders would come by at the most inopportune time at least every day sometimes twice.

  i never answered the door, i just continued doing whatever it was i was doing and ignored the pounding at the door knowing it ticked them off because they knew i was home.

  when the witnesses randomly come to my door now i still don't answer but have thought about it just to give them hell.

  just found it, and i cant get enough...its good to see that you are not alone having these feelings.

  I know what you're feeling. I feel robbed, too. Worship... Damn, it's not worship, it's tradition. I mean... holiday wise. Why should I purposely alienate myself... deny myself of a very simple, legal, and free joy. Agh, I just.... I dunno.
