I have to give credit to all of these marriages that have survived the WTBTS infiltration and interruption of your married life. I wish I had been able to do the same. Please don't stop fighting for love.

JW Wife complications
by manda63 inhi, my wife became a jw about 25 years ago and at the time while it all sounded crazy to me but i could see not wrong and have no problem with people having a religion , it started to become apparent that her choice of religion was almost cult like with all the controls in place.
we no longer have a social life together as she will only be with clan members not wordly people and i have stopped going round to her friends houses for get togethers becouse i am sick to death of being questioned and mocked about my beliefs,hearing other religion being called so harsh,wordly people being talked about as if scum and all the other haughty talk.
i am not allowed any material in the house that might be apostate,satanic?

Well, even though I was a sister, I enjoyed my talks. I knew I could blow away all of the eldwrs and ministerial servants out of the water. But hey! Im just a girl, right?
I did enjoy hearing a good speaker, and it hd been quite a while since that had happened. Iguess that's one of the thbgs I miss about the meetings. The last one I heard that was good, I remember, it was about creation. The brother began with a beautiful examnation of our hands, how wonderfully they arr made. The tone, so calm and serene, and how knowledgeable he was struck me. This was a talk given in June of this year by one of the elders that was in my JC. I still appreciate the talk, though. Haha!

who signed your blood card?
by losingit intwo elders in my congregation signed mine bc hubby couldn't bear the repercussions of either 1- saving my life by allowing the blood transfusion, which would probably lead to him being df'd, and 2- me dying bc he did not allow the blood transfusion and having my parents call him a murderer.. isn't that so nice?
when i most wanted him to represent me, he didn't have the guts, even hypothetically.... so, who signed your blood card?.

The information on my blood card was old as hell. What sucked. Was that for each pregnancy i had to update it, and i hated that. Made me scared as hell each time wheni was delivering that something would happen. Im sorry, but my brain was fried while in, and i don't know what i would have done. Makes me feel so sick and so embarrassed now. How horrible that i was so blind. Im trying to get over the shame of being a JW. :'( :'( :'(

breakup guilt
by fresh prince of ohio ini recently broke up with my girlfriend of four years.. she is 40 years old, with health problems, financial problems, little family/friend support, and facing an uncertain future.
i gave her some money.. the guilt i am experiencing right now is absolutely anguishing.
she had very, very high hopes about our relationship and loved me very deeply.

WATCHTOWER IN A PANIC!

at this years agm where it is expected that most of the faithful will be able to listen to the meeting (being tied in by video), dont be surprised if the wts 8 gb members take part in a symposium delivering some long winded appeal, petition, plea, proposal, proposition, solicitation or otherwise hit-on the masses for $$$ in order to lighten the burden and overuse that many kingdom halls are experiencing.
an acquaintance from the west coast mentioned to me that in late august thru early september of this year that a number of pow-wows involving close to 5,000 elders from numerous areas (riverside, los angeles, ventura and orange counties) took place to drum up financial support from the 800+ (not sure) congregations in those areas.

Yes, the form is not new. We had that at our KH for new KH built miles away, i mean MILES away from ppl. i did not understand it. Who were we supposed to be preachng to now? And how much gas would we be spending to get to KH and to FS? Most of the congregation didn't even live in the territory. But you know, ppl are so proud that they are involved ina quickbuild they swallow the garbage in order to think of themselves as so righteous and grand. Whatever. Happy im out and that my money is for myself. My last donation was at the Memorial. i thought Jehovah would bless me as he blessed thepoor woman who gave her last two pieces she had to the temple. Remember how Jesus praised her? Anyways, done with the rant. Jehovah could never bless me througha false and hypocritical organization.
